I used my BMO Mastercard roadside assistance to have my vehicle towed to my mechanic's garage. Driver was very nice and professional. It was left in front of my mechanic's bay doors crosswise, with a wheel on the sidewalk (illegal!), with scratches all over his driveway. The trunk door & light were damaged ($1,750 repairs) from being hit by the deck of tow-truck. I communicated several times with the company. The first time we spoke they categorically refuted my claim, then eventually agreed to come to my house to see the damage. On three separate occasions we confirmed a meeting time and I waited for them to show up. THEY NEVER CAME, NOR DID THEY EVER CALL TO RE-SCHEDULE. In my case I was lucky that BMO took care of damage claim. I will never do business with them again.
