IDP IELTS Test Venue - Surrey

I had my test on 8th of march that was computer based. The result was supposed to released by 5 days. It’s been 15 days now. Emailing and calling IDP, but no response. Your centre doesn’t even have contact number. I don’t know whom to contact.

I completed my test on 25 march and still didn’t get trf and also it is not showing my test results online

The office says working days are from Wednesday to sunday and am here at 11.42 am no one here ,waiting for almost hour nothing in response!!!!!

The IDP Center is neat and staff are friendly & accommodating! Reena is extremely helpful in spite of being super busy . Speakers and seating comfortable . The examiner for Speaking has a very pleasant face with a radiant smile n very creative ways of moving from one question to another n you will forget that you are having an exam .I had some concern with IDP website . The website didn’t have option to add the name of the university to which the results should b send when I booked for the second time as I needed a better score in writing . So I had to pay n Reena had to help me out . So IDP has to make that option available for future students . That is why one star less .

My Academic IELTS exam was in January 2021. The IDP Surrey staff was really nice especially Deputy administrator Reena Ferreira. In Speaking test it felt like I am talking to my friend. Speaking examiner was really nice and when I ask her to repeat question in part 3, examiner with smile on her face very politely repeated the question and through out the speaking exam, examiner was really showing interest in my answers which really build my confident throughout the speaking exam. It also showed in my speaking band; I received way more than I was expecting. After speaking exam when I went for my LRW test, the atmosphere was really positive in the computer lab. Test was commenced on time and staff was really nice. I did not even felt once that I am under stressful examination conditions. I was able to concentrate well in my LRW and it reflects on my band scores and I am really happy that I did my academic IELTS exam at IDP Surrey. Overall, my best experience so far with IELTS test centres.

Their website is very user friendly and they have more available schedules compared to the other IELTS testing centers. The location is accessible and there are a lot of establishments around the area if you need a place to hang out to while waiting for your next schedule. The examiner gave the instructions clearly and also made sure that there are no issues. The examiner for the speaking test was very welcoming that my nervousness eased a little. I highly recommend getting your IELTS exam from this testing center.

Although staff at the centre is very friendly, but IDP itself is extremely slow...I filed a complaint on 14th or 15th of nov and no one got back to me till date. Also, the results take forever!! It took exactly 5 days where other centres r giving results in 3 days idp took full 5 days. Kind of disappointing.

I told them I will pick up my TRF on Wednesday and I was there 10 minutes before 4 P.M. and the door were closed. Even nobody answered my call or reply my email. Worse experience ever. I was there from Burnaby specially to pickup my TRF and headed back again empty handed while office hours are up to 5 P.M.
