Excellent customer service from staff,very polite nothing too much for them, prepared to spend as much time as necessary to make you happy. Shop and museum very well laid out. Lots of good merchandise in shop.

No waiting at the parts counter. Very well staffed with knowledgeable people. I haven't tried their service department yet but the rest of the place appears first class all the way. Yes it's expensive. I knew that before I left the house !!

Dont trust that dealer, just à bad expérience with them. They chargé me 7500$ to change my bealt and my starter, guess what i have to get that job redone and i never use that bike since its been fix. I bought a bran new street glide from them and guess what?? Problème with that bike as well and they never wanted to honor the warranty. And on top,they lost my phob for my road king and never replace it.

Had a tire blowout and needed a change in a pinch as I was on the road. The boys at the service desk were great and were able to get me in which I was thankful for.Tire change cost me $600+ which was expensive but I was in a pinch.They gave me my bike back the following day. I hit the road and realized that I no longer had a rear brake that worked for m 500km ride. I have emailed and left messages but its been two weeks and no reply. Pretty disappointed when this store is a flagship" dealer. Won't be returning"

My Boss was so impressed with the great service he received from the sales and service department. Top quality service on all fronts. We were so impressed with the service, we dropped off fresh baked cookies for the staff to show our appreciation.
