Not in the habit of leaving bad reviews. Received the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my lifetime from the older man (maybe owner?). It was my first and last time visiting as I would NEVER return to this location again. Judging from some of the other reviews I am not the only customer who got to experience this guys lack of service. HORRENDOUS!

Wonderful staff, great selection, and plenty of customization choices. The store is clean, and the staff are friendly and interactive. You can sit down to eat or do a grab and go. Highly suggest.

Good selection of ice creams and good customer service. Easy to find and fast service. I gave only 3 stars because i found their milkshakes to be very watery". It felt like drinking juice and not a shake. I paid $8 for it and the lady made it twice and it still came out the same. I find that disappointing in an ice cream store. Everything else is amazing! Good taste!"

Went in this evening to get a half litre of custom ice cream. Upon looking up on the menu and pricing display, my daughter and I noted that that for $3.50 more we could get a full litre of custom ice cream. That seemed like a no brainer to get the full litre.When we asked the owner for a custom full litre of coconut ice cream, she said we do not do custom litres only half litres. The board above here clearly indicated custom litres and custom half litres with pricing shown for both. When we pointed that out, she said “Not today” and just smiled at us which really got to my daughter afterwards on the ride home.Just thought people should be made aware of this particular location.

I was very shocked and disappointed with the customer service at this location. From the moment my daughter and I walked in. There was no greeting and the ladies sounded pushy and full of attitude…As polite as we were. We did not receive the same kind of respect… I’m legitimately giving 2 stars because the ice cream is delicious…

Terrible customer service. Old guy is very rude and unprofessional. It says unlimited mix but guy is resisted to add items we want. We offered him to pay extra but he said I’m not slave

Do not go to this location!!! Not very friendly, I asked for a banana split and she laughed at me and pointed to where they must keep the bananas and said they didn’t have any. Also didn’t have white dipped cones or the newly advertised apple crisp thing. The cones were stale and awfully made...looks like they didn’t use enough batter as the ice cream was literally melting through the cone.

Been going for a while and the staff have always been very pleasant, and my last time going there was an irate customer, yet the staff were very professional during the whole ordeal. Will continue getting delicious ice cream from this Marble Slab!

their icecream is good quality, and the cake I ordered looked great. however, I had a VALID coupon for 20% off of any takeout item that the man at the counter said he couldn’t take. He didn’t even look at the coupon for a second before telling me I could not use it and that I needed the app to redeem it. the coupon says I’m able to use it at any marble slab location, just by showing the person at the front counter. I was looking forward to saving a little bit of money on my birthday cake, it’s really too bad that they “don’t take coupons”
