Hands down the best customer service of any store I’ve been to (not just pet store, any store!) Narod and Jamie helped me so much when I transitioned my cat to raw food. All of the staff is so knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. They greet every customer like a VIP. I am so grateful they are part of our community.

First step in the store I actually said “wow” it’s very aesthetically pleasing and organized. A LOT of product I have never seen or even heard of before and all amazing food quality no bs kind of food and treats, toys galore. 80% of the customers had a dog with them, one even chose his own treat it was adorable. The customer service is beyond great, their knowledge of not only their product but so many animals you would think they went to school but it’s just passion and experience. Really really liked this place and wish them nothing but success in the future!

I came in for a new harness for my blind old chihuahua.. to two ladies help me find a new harness to help walk my little old pup. Houdini loves the new harness and extra support to help guide him on his walk.. thank you so much for your help and awsome harness ..❤️

Great selection of products, however I’ve went there a few times and was always met with 1 employee who is always quite unfriendly. Never seen a pet store worker with such an unpleasant attitude. Its not rude perse but 0 smile, and the blandest “did you need help finding anything?” Seems to me like they just say that for the sake of saying it.

Owners are friendly, attentive and highly knowledgeable about current science of healthy pets. (They read the latest books and follow the top holistic vets like Karen Becker, and offer excellent advice.) They also carry the best selection of quality food and supplies.They are the only place I can get the food recommended by our dogs breeder, who is also someone who does her research.
