Enhanced Care Family Practice - Beeton

New pt was there to meet the doctor. Waited 2 hours past my appt to be told the doctor was 1 1/2 hours behind schedule and there were still 3 more ahead of me. I’ll continue my search for a new doctor!

Thought this was a walk in clinic. Sign outside says it is. Sign on 8 1/2 x 11 page on inside door says they no longer provide a walk in service. Maybe somebody should update thier information on-line and on the outside of the building.

I can't give them 5 stars as they rarely pick calls. Understandbly though, as they are always busy as they take walk-ins too.Dr. Soile is good and quite thorough. Very polite too.The attending staff is very good. There is a lady at the reception who is super friendly and makes the dull atmosphere all chirpy.The only change would be more people to attend calls and give information.

Paulina is an angel. However...waiting today for 9 hours for a phone call regarding ultrasound and xray....still no call. Not . The office needs to be organised. Its a mess. Now today more of my faxed papers from last week have gone missing". You are only allowed to address one issue per appointment . Repeated visits required. Today I waited all day for an email with 2 requisitions. Its not the Dr. Its front desk confusion. I still do not have the email"

I called Saturday and the receptionist said they were open 9 to 4 when I got there, they were closed. I was totally confused. I spoke to the pharmacist and they said they are closed every other weekend. He then told me that they have another location. The clinic needs to change their phone system to tell people this. Very frustrating to come out of my way to get here only to find out I was misled. Something people should be aware of

Have had some issues in the past with one of the doctor's and have little to no faith in the Telemedicine the company promotes but not easy finding a doctor in Ontario I have no faith in Dr Yohn at the Beeton clinic, when I asked him do they contact you if your test results are bad he responsed; NO, you have to make appt, that is just absurd. After talking about my bloodwork/heart tests he says that your time is up; Really what about my prescriptions; You will have to make another appointment or use telemedicine.What about this rash on my arm we discussed in the past, no response. This is the worst place to go if you need medical help and I told this doctor he was the worst doctor I have ever dealt with, no compassion, no time for patents and has an ego to go allong with his degree. Sorry but our health system is totally messed up and we the patents just go along with the poor services rendered. I am formally making a complaint against this company and this doctor, their system is terrible.

Since I have had Dr Soile was my physician I have been very happy with the quick responses from her and the excellent care she has given me. Highly recommend her.Thanks again Dr Soile.

The admin girl that manages this crazy clinic is amazing. The doctors are not really up to par …. Cannot find an email link on any page associated with this clinic.After several months of asking and begging for help, Dr. Yohn is very absent and push-me-aside in my battle with severe ptsd, chronic insomnia, and chronic anxiety. So many gross debilitating drugs that never help. They didn’t before and they won’t now: I try them and he says there is nothing he can do - yet no follow up for the counselling referral put in about a year ago…He is the doctor to go to for a one time emergency or semi-urgent issue … but not for anything that requires further help that extends past his own 4 year specialty after undergrad degree.This review is not complete yet as I will be reaching out again next week. 2 stars as it stands and will have to see how the next bit goes….. am making plans to find another family physician that actually cares about his or her patients in the meanwhile.****EDIT***Just doing a quick edit here to reflect the amazing secretary that runs this clinic. The 4 stars are for her. Thank you for your help, always!

Me and my daughter had an appointment for a flu vaccine booked at 11:00. I picked her up from school early just to get there on time. When we got there the receptionist said that we did not have an appointment .But I had booked one weeks earlier. So she took a few minutes to find someone who would give us the vaccines , and said that we would have to wait for a few minutes. We had to wait there for two hours. In those two hours somebody came into the walk clinic and the receptionist said we do not do walk in anymore, about three minutes later a woman walked up to the receptionist and said why do we have to wait so long. The receptionist said because there’s a lot of people who came here for walk-in. After the two hours we got to sit in the waiting room I asked when we were going to be able to get our vaccines ? We finally got invited to the doctors office. Once we got to the doctors office the doctor introduced herself and my daughter got vaccinated normally. I sat in the chair I saw the receptionist doing something with my vaccine and I asked what she was doing, the doctor said that she would be vaccinating me and the doctor would supervise her but this was the same woman who told me about 2 1/2 hours ago that she was not qualified to give us our vaccinations. I was shocked , I have experience vaccinating people andshe was doing it all wrong they didn’t even ask me if I was OK with that I’m ask for the doctor she just do it and I got lucky because she gave me my vaccination. Overall I do not recommend going there and the service was very bad it’s also really hard to understand that a walk in clinic isn’t actually a walk-in clinic.

One of the worst wait times at this clinic. Despite not being open on weekends, on workdays they make you wait hours, even if you have an appointment. It also looks like they have a shortage of Doctors, so if you are walk-in, don’t even bother.Oh and if you try calling them, you’ll be directed to voice mail and expect no response for days.
