Bare bones station with barely any shade in summer, most of the heated shelters are locked in winter. Absolutely no staff able to help unless there is a train waiting. Laughable frequencies on the Barrie Line, so do not turn up and expect a train. Funny how there's far more buses than trains at a train station. This station is also very lacking in amenities considering it only opened in 2012. Ticket machines and PRESTO readers are available here. If trains are not running, GO buses will be running to Aurora where you can transfer to a train. If you want decent frequencies on the Barrie Line, check back here in 2032.

Thought I’d look for a water fountain or similar to fill my water bottle. No such luck. Metrolinks wouldn’t think of that. Apparently not something their riders would want.Nice new station, might want to think about planting a tree or something. Great if you like asphalt.

This terminus of the Berrie line (Go Trains) is the closest to downtown. There are plenty of parking spots, available bus connections and short walk to the lake promenade direction to city center. Train service to Berrie working during the week and on the weekend as well.

Easy access from the station and nearby picturesque, near-water, secluded spots (e.g. the centennial fountain, gables park) that you can visit.

It's now more than $30 for a round trip from Allandale to Toronto. They try to encourage the use of public transportation and yet it's more unaffordable than ever. Just drive at this point. It's better than dealing with unhygienic passengers who think it's normal to bring gross smelling foods onto the train and GO does nothing to disencourage it.

One of the most clean and accessible sandy beach I had been. A beach with lifeguards, walkway and biketrack, huge playground for kids, huge trees for shadows, beaches, basketball court, water sports activities, kayak/canoe rentals all at someplace.

This Go station is great for catching the train and thats it. There is no power source to use to charge a dead cell phone, the bathrooms are portable and gross, thats even if they are accessible because they keep them locked. The station offers no shade in the summer months and the heated enclosures are located a far distance from the the train itself.
