TForce Logistics - Quebec QC

Same bad service as everybody here. I'm starting to think that their drivers steal packages. Why would you mark a package delivered when you haven't even try to reach the customer. Plus they change delivery day out of the blue without notice as if to try to catch you at a time when you are not home.

I wanted to cancel my order from Urban Planet because of Tforce.The reason is that the delivery guy from Tforce was not able to find my address so he returned the package. I contacted Tforce and they said they will retry in 24-48h but I'm on vacation the day after so I will not be at home.I hope that Urban Planet will consider not dealing with Tforce again as this company is so unprofessional, the delivery guy didn't even take some seconds to find my address, I saw him park his vehicle and then he left very quickly before I reached out to him.I receive tons of packages every year without any issue, it's the first time that a delivery company tells me that they were not able to find my address. Moreover, they were very rude when I called them. The lady that answered my call was supposed to speak french but her french was so poor that I called again to speak in english...

Bad experience.Please stop delivering packages to the front door of the building. We are not in the angels city.Just put my package in my hand is not complicated . I haven't yet received my package and my delivery date was 12/23 and I have no idea of ​​the new scheduled date.It's not normal I need this urgently.

I’m giving 1 star ONLY because I can’t give a lower rate. My experience is just like everyone else’s: my package has been -and is still- at the warehouse for DAYS….But no attempt to deliver. It’s just waiting there. It’s ridiculous.I seriously considered asking them if I could just show up at the warehouse and take my package… It’s a 20 mins ride from my home.Plus, I emailed them 3 days ago to ask if something was wrong with my package and they just gave me a random excuse: “bad weather conditions”… DUDE, it was sunny all week…. RIDICULOUS.

Même expérience médiocre que tous les autres commentaires ici. My package is somehow always delayed due to who knows what circumstances. It's in my town, they have the right address. WHY?? Why are you still in business? Your service is awful!!!! My tracking number is working on the site but not when I call? For who do you take the people for, stealing our packages?

They returned my package across the border saying it was a bad address" ... i receive multiple packages everyday since 7 years to the same exact address with different carriers... but T-Force decided it's not a good one ! !they just dont care ! I didnt even chose them ! DHL works with them and they should change their partner ASAP !!!!!"

Worst delivery carrier there is in Canada and by far. Takes months from Montreal to Quebec for a single parcels. Provide no information. Customer service on repeat. The absolute bottom of the barrel.

Unfortunally I have to leave a star in order to make a review. Worst delivery service so far. Couldn't update the tracking website until it was too late. Never seen the picture of the package at my door before I contacted the support once I realised my package was stolen. I specifically contacted them when I ordered my package regarding them keeping it at their facility so I can pick it up in order for it not to get stolen. They couldn't help me they said, didn't take any of my info for the future, nothing. I should have googled your guys name first before it was too late. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered with FIGS, I was told that it would take 5 to 10 days for the delivery but it has already been 15 days. It arrived in Quebec and it stayed at the Warehouse for over a week. I needed it for an exact date and on the day it was supposed to arrive but it just didn't. I asked many times if I could go pick it up at the warehouse which is litterally a 10 minutes drive and they refused. Worst experience ever. Still don't have it

Really bad experience with T-Force. On multiple occasions, my package has been sitting in their warehouse, literally 10 minutes away from my place, for more than a week. When you try to contact them, they send an automatic email with the approximate shipping date (that changes every single day anyways). Even their google answers to the bad reviews are automatic messages. And they call themselves T-Force ''Logistics''...lol
