Staff are under paid and over worked. They make staff pay for mandatory training. I had situation where a client ran off and the on call supervisor told me to leave the other clients unattended and go after the one that ran off because they didn't want to drive out to the home and deal with the situation. Multiple incidents that were not dealt with and written up appropriately.

There are many reason why i would rate it is it is because is alot of problem that are in this agency an if anyone would like any more questions or concerns

I worked with Bairn Croft Services for 9 months. It is a difficult field to work in, but Human Resources, staff, as well as the programs and clear expectations put in place make the job much more manageable. Working with Bairn Croft will teach you so much about how to manage stressful situations, the importance on relying on others and team work, as well as compassion. Working with adults with developmental delays and disabilities is something I recommend everyone experiences once in their life - it really gives you a new perspective. I recommend Bairn Croft Residential Services as an employer, especially to those who are looking to work many hours.

Do not work here if you value your mental health. They do not care when you are injured and yell at you to get a doctors note rather then give u support when you are in hospital due to injury. It will give you ptsd. I have constant nightmares from entire experience. Turn over is insane, disorganization is pathetic and sad the poor clients have no consistency. The amount of gossip and sexual promiscuity is disgusting. Stay away if you value your future.
