Dr Lonsdale is very good with kids. My daughter was nervous and he was able to put her at ease. The service was excellent. We got an appointment on the same day that we called. When we got there, there was no wait. The location is very easy to access right next door to Sears.

My daughter needed a eye exam and glasses, and the doctor and ladies at the front we're very pleasant to do business with. Will definitely be our place to return to.

Dr. Lonsdale was very professional. Took time with me to get the correct prescription. Very impressed by the service and cost. Front end staff are very personable and helpful.

Dr. Lonsdale and his team are amazing. Broke my glasses beyond what I thought was repairable. They repaired them and we got me a new set for just at home.Can't say enough good things about this place.

GREAT customer experience. I went here after a terrible experience at Pearle Vision, and I am very happy I did. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable, and were able to do an eye exam immediately with no wait! They were able to direct bill my benefits which fully covered the exam and most of the cost of new glasses. Doctor Lonsdale was fantastic. Short and to the point, but I personally appreciated his professionalism. The prices were fantastic and I appreciated that common sense prevails here in all aspects. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

The staff were warm and kind; however, I wasn't so sure about Dr. Lonsdale. I got the impression that my uneducated answers to his questions regarding current vision issues were obnoxious to him and/or it seemed he had better things to do.. Or perhaps he was just having a bad day.. Nonetheless, surely if he was interested in your situation, he'd be a great optometrist. I trust the solution offered by Dr. Lonsdale will help, I just wish there was a bit more discussion and detailed advice.

After visiting an optical a few shops down,we walked into north hill optometry. Great customer service and the glasses were way cheaper than what we were quoted for the kids on the exact same frames at the other store. We bought eye glasses for my whole family. Will be returning and telling everyone about the awesome experience.

Family members have been seeing these folks for many years. They are busy so I had to wait several days for an appointment. They were thorough and pleasant. A week later I had new glasses but there was a problem making it difficult to read, so I went back. They again were friendly, patient and thorough, and promised new glasses which I received yesterday. Today I am thrilled with the results. I can read the fine print on the pill bottle and see clearly at a distance. I highly recommend Dr. Lonsdale and his staff.
