I have used orleans printing 3 times, 2.5 yrs ago for a run of 60 90 pg books of poems, 1.5 yrs ago for a run of a 100 and again for 100 two weeks ago. The first time I have no idea what I am doing and Ciro shows amazing patience with all of my questioning and helps steer me to good ideas. The end product is far superior to what I expect. It is nicer than the books one finds in a chapters.The second job has a time constraint and the orleans printing crew get it done with the same quality.The third time, referencing past emails, I know exactly what I want, get it, and am still happy with what ends up as much a physical work of art as anything I put in it.Thank you, Ciro and crew! Neddless to say that for a graphic designer the end product has to match the initial vision. I recently had four volumes of family letters bound with laminated covers and was very impressed with both the service and the finished product. The woman who gave me a quote over the phone was very pleasant and the man who helped me with the order was extremely courteous and helpful. The suggestions he made resulted in a very professional product and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

The owner, Ciro, clearly really cares about the work they do and will give advice to try and make sure you get the best product possible at extremely reasonable prices.
