Lady at the front desk isn't the nicest

The trainer was great, she was patient and knowledgeable. However she allowed students to not wear their masks and go off on tangents with story's instead of keeping the training on time.

Please do not book a class here. Having taken two days off work and driving for an hour and a half, my daughter and another student were told that their first aid class would not run because other students did not show up. Then they were told that the other students were coming and that the class would run. After waiting for an hour and a half, and the other students not showing up, my daughter and the other student were told that there was nothing they could do, the class was canceled. There is another option. The class could have run because both of these ladies had paid in full and shown up 15 minutes before class was scheduled to begin, as instructed on the website. Both were trying to get their First Aid Course to attend school and their ability to complete the class before their deadlines is in jeopardy. They were in class on time, the instructor was their and they waited for an hour and a half before it was canceled. This is terribly unprofessional and unacceptable.

My instructor was amazing! She was kind, sweet, and very knowledgable. I learned so much in my two day course. The teacher told us stories that helped us stay connected to learning. She also was entertaining. 100% recommend.

Absolutely terrible way to run a business. Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time here. Highly recommend you take your business somewhere else.
