After being employed for 15 days they decised to close the factory in Italy.Never got an ufficial answer by the management for a mediation. Only answer was reporterted by trade union after 1 year when they sold the company to the main competitor in the area.

Extremely frustrated with their transformer division. They shipped us a 400lb 53kva three phase isolation transformer that was damaged because it did not have the support brackets at the top of the core to secure it to the chassis that was in their drawings. There was no visible damage to the outside of the unit or packaging. Internally two pallet straps were used to secure the core to the base of the chassis and they broke at some point from when it left their facility until we received it. They sent us another one that was designed the same way and since it arrived intact they made us pay for both the original unit and the replacement unit. We used them because they could get us a transformer quicker than our usual manufacture. Their transformers are much more cheaply made than the ones we usually use. Steer clear of this company. They do not stand behind their quality.
