Amazing selection of tea and a staff that really know and love the product! I was so excited to get Teaopia's old Cactus Fig tea again. Definitely worth the trip to Conestoga Mall.

Finally we have another tea store in the Conestoga Mall! Can't find a place for tea in the mall since Teavana closed. Amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff! The lady who helped me is really patient, give me couple of choices of different kinds of teas. Definitely will be here again!

The staff at Citizen Tea at Conestoga Mall are extremely helpful! As an avid tea drinker, I am in their store often and they have never failed to impress me. Every one of the team members are knowledgeable and eager to help. Not only do they have delicious teas, but their products are of high quality. I got one of their tumblers for my birthday and my first time using it I was surprised by how long it kept tea long. I was able to take it on a long commute, and when I didn't have time to finish it, it was still hot almost 8 hours later! I definitely recommend Citizen Tea for any tea lover or anyone who's looking for a great treat to their day!

Great tea, Great Service.. Fun Staff and really know there stuff. I've had tea there multiple times and they always know exactly what I need based on my mood.. absolutely love this store
