I always have enthusiastic and friendly interactions with the staff at Starbucks on Harvey and Gordon in Kelowna, BC. Today I was helped by a lovely lady (Solveig I think her name was?) who was working at lightening speed, encouraging her colleagues, and getting through a busy line with much energy despite us both suffering from allergy season! Thank you for your efficiency and positivity, making the morning bright :)

I almost always love Starbucks staff. They brighten my day with their happy interaction! The refreshers and Frappuccinos are not consistent in how they are made; depends on who is pumping. Very long drive thru line usually...yes they are busy! Love the breakfast sandwiches.

Staff is always friendly, smiling, and polite. But why are the coffee's odd priced??? Ranging from $6 to $11 + taxes for the same drink and size ??? , Why is each area making up their own pricing? Why is it never the same across the board for the coffee's no matter what city you're in?

Been to this location multipletimes to try feature drinks, they are ALWAYS out of stock when I go, plus the staff seem unfazed that the one thing I came to try isn't in and did not offer any alternatives.Won't ever be back.
