Store staff are nice but do not have a warranty claim.They will find every excuse to say NO. Father and daughter Tony and Jena Niceforo will not call you back...Jena just emails a bunch of excuses. Then says not to expect their furniture to last 3-5 summers.Funny they never tell you that when you are buying. Do they?

Went in window shopping and left with a new, sweet outdoor set with the help and guidance of manager Melissa. She was friendly and informative. Our new sectional is exactly what our space needed. The delivery crew was great too. Highly recommend.

Incredible customer service and amazing products! If you are looking for high quality, long warranties and a million colour options this is the place to go! I found the perfect outdoor dining furniture at Dot Furniture. Our sales associate Kim was friendly, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond and I couldn't thank her enough! The Oshawa location is beautiful. Not only do they have a great selection of outdoor furniture but they carry indoor furniture too and an array of accessories. I would definitely recommend DOT Furniture Oshawa location to anyone looking for great quality furniture.

Great store, lots of awesome items!! The prices are quite high but the quality is great! Also a super amazing kudos to Kim! The patience, care and kindness she showed us, and to our 16 month old toddler was amazing. My daughter had a field day here and they were super cool with it. Thanks for the amazing experience. I received excellent customer service from Kim, very friendly and thorough! She went above and beyond to ensure I got the patio set that would be most suitable to us. She made sure it got on the first delivery truck, out of the city, (4 hours away) to be delivered to us, before the bridal shower I had planned! Very well done Kim! The staff at this location were fantastic. They helped us narrow down what we need without trying to upsell us. They also added us to a notification list to let us know when certain items were on sale to we could save some extra money.
