Ill give a 2.5 stars because I've been going there since before I was an adult but the new employee.... I didnt feel welcome. I am not buying there this year for a wedding anniversary.

Unethical and horrible customer service. I've bought $1000s of dollars here. Never again. Rude. I've been spoken to in such hostile tones. They also sold my 11 year old son a $140 product without consulting me. They hard sold him and the told him it was a final sale (I found the same product cheaper online). When his card declined because of a limit they asked him to go across the hall to his bank and have his limit raised. Crazy!!!I went to speak to the owner about these indiscretions and she wouldn't come see me. Arrogant and dismissive. So insulted.

Went for a measurement of my finger size, asked if they sold tools to do it myself and they asked 20$ for such a simple task. The lady there also treated me badly with an attitude when I mentioned I was looking at a piece of jewelry I was interested in from elsewhere.I wouldn't recommend this jewelry store.

I purchased a wedding band 3 weeks before my wedding at this store. After we got married I noticed my band had a flaw in the design. So I returned to the store and spoke with the owner, who offered no help in rectifying the issue. She told me she has them made this way on purpose, yet no one mentioned it while we were shopping there. The only help offered was to have me pay to have another one made, also stating it would cost more because the cost of gold just went up the day before. If you shop here beware.

On fais un erreur avec ma bague elle a craquer après l'avoir fais arranger sa ma coûter 795 dollard de la fausse or en plus refaire toute mes diamant et mettre un zircon à la place très déçus ses la bague de non père il est décéder le 30 septembre
