Always a good experience here. Especially my last time. I had the nicest barista Jordy and she was super patient with me while I decided what I wanted. She was super helpful and actually suggested a new drink to me and I loved it! 10/10!

I have to admit Stsrbucks makes a delicious Chai Latte. But on top of this, the Stsrbucks in Timmins is a nice little shop to meet friendly people, sit down, relax and chatt. On top of this, it has a nkce environment where the staff get to write things on signs

Some staff are great and some are straight up rude. Most occasions the wait time is long(even by Starbucks standards, I realize it's not a drive thru), no one seems to care about occupancy standards or spacing and the icing on the cake is their debit tap rarely works

Nice store and till barista seemed nice. But it is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. Waited half hour in line and then drink was made wrong. No beans were in the hopper so I had no coffee in my coffee. No one was in proper dress code. This store has alot of potential but needs some work.

An unfortunate 30 min wait after my order was placed and paid for, while I watched many customers behind me get served. When I inquired about the wait, I was told the staff were making the drinks in the order they wanted, not in the order of arrival. Not acceptable customer service.

The young man who served me made me a replacement drink as mine ended up on the floor of my car. That level of service is worth going back for. Thank you!

Coffees great but just wish they were kinder to all customers. They make it known its 5 people in the store at a time and when I walked in, they told me to wait outside. Went in another day and they were more than 5 people after me and no one got told to stand outside. Yeah, do better.

The order taking guy was very rude. Maybe cause i am brown and he tries his best to make me feel that i am not welcome there. This is not the first time it happened. Needs a better management. I wish i could mention his name.
