Brock is a pro! He’s loves what he does and he’s also really good at it. Anytime we had any questions he was quick to respond. Any time of the day. Even on weekends. We’re very satisfied to have worked with him and we strongly recommend him.

I thought I was familiar with home buying process, having owned in the UK prior to moving to Canada, was I wrong! Process here is rather daunting and not what I was prepared for but having a good broker like Brock and his team, certainly helped. He helped allay my concerns and always quick to respond to my questions no matter the time of day, explaining the steps and assuring me. We got there, closing in past week. We contacted 4 brokers. Only Brock gave us confidence that the file would work. It took a little time but he gave us the best deal with best interest rate. Brock was the best broker we could’ve asked for! After having trouble getting approved from our bank for the sum of our loan, we were referred to Brock. He told us he was confident he could get us approved and he came through! He was super helpful with any issues or questions we had and made the process a lot less stressful than it could have been. There was times where we were slightly hesitant about buying and he assured us and helped us be more confident in our decision.
