When you need to be able to talk to someone on the phone and get quick, competent, friendly service, it's good to have someone like Bentley. The only part of buying a new car that was actually enjoyable was how quickly and easily it was to handle the updated insurance and how knowledgeable and accommodating Kristen and the staff were.

Very poor customer service experience today. Kristen was very rude and unhelpful assisting a family memeber in a move to another province. I myself have had terrible experiences with the staff at Bentley agencies and was happy to take my money elsewhere.
