I called DeRosa and Sons to ask questions about their mdf panels. Anna (the owner) picked up the phone and she was rude from the beginning to the end. One of the best customer experience I have ever had.Definitely not recommended.

Ok i try not to write negative reviews as everybody makes mistakes and should be given a chance to correct their mistakes but I've had enough with these guysI have a cabinet shop and ordered some Mdf from derosa, i sent my driver to pick up the Sheets and their forklift driver tried to load the sheets using two forklifts on his own ( because there was 5 minutes left for their shift and the other driver was gone already ) going back and forth from one to the other he ended up damaging the truckI Contacted the owner (Anna) to explain the situation and see how she would handle this, also some of the sheets were damaged (not sure if this happened with the driver during the accident as well)Another person responded back to my email Named Paul and told me they checked the cameras and there was no damage, when i asked to see the recordings i was told sorry no damage was done, we are not responsible ( what a nonsense as that wasn't even an answer to my question )Here I'm making mdf doors today and the product's quality that they sent is very similar to their customer serviceSome doors i machined using their products are splitting in half ( see attached pictures )Overall I'm left with a damaged truck, doors i have to remake and Lot's of man hours lostI would suggest you be more responsible, don't send damaged products and when your employees make a mistake stand behind them instead of ignoring as this is just not an adult move
