Northstar did a video camera installation for me. They were a really good company to work with. Travis and Jonathan were very quick to respond via email and phone. Their technician, Patrick, was helpful and reliable. Their prices are fair and they stand by their work. Would recommend.

Great experience overall! The owner, Jonathan Boyd, answered the phone the first time I called and provided me with all the information I was seeking. I had called several other companies prior to and found they all had automated answering services, which was quite frustrating. He provided me a quote over the phone without having to come to my house and assured that their monthly rate will remain the same. Again, much more than I can say about other companies.The installer completed everything quickly and efficiently. All equipment and installation was provided at no charge. Jonathan then stopped by to ensure we were satisfied with everything. He seems to truly care about customer satisfaction, which can be rare to find these days. I am very satisfied with our decision to go with Northstar security and would recommend them to anyone looking for a home security system and monitoring!

Exceptional service right from the start from Jonathan at Northstar! My call was answered right away, got a quote that came in lower than the competitors and installation costs were fully covered by Northstar. Installation went smooth and the installer was great to deal with. Couldn't be more happy with my security system and the service I received. Give Northstar a call, you won't be disappointed.

You are basically getting a Liberty Security system (it's pretty good), but for a better price and with great support. I dealt with Jon. He was very responsive and patient with questions and willing to work with me to make the offer work for me. Definitely add Northstar to your list if you are looking for a system.

Good company. Asked for these guys to help me install a system that I purchased. My system wasn’t compatible but Northstar Security has good ethics and is a good business. Northstar security didn’t take advantage of me. Worth recommending them, and worth asking for their business. Honesty and doing the right thing goes along way. Hard to see that kind of thing in this day and age. They could have charged me for the vist but they didn't.
