they sold used items for original price.ridiculous.. don't bother go back to get refund ( probably they won't refund you) please let more people know and do not do business with them.. again..

bought 2 screens and they put it on . plus 1 case for the s8+. on our way home noticed the screens already starts to bubble. Called them to see they would repair them or refund. The lady kept saying all sales are final but there was no sign in the store plus the screens were never put on right in the first place. very cheap products. spent $65 dollars for 2 screens and the case. do not recommend this place for the screens or products.

excellent customer service! We went looking for a selfie stick and most phone places at crystal mall did not sell them or did not really care to sell any. Isupport was different! They happily and eagerly showed us what they had and demonstrated all its functions. We ended up buying their top model for about $80. When they demonstrated the fish eye lens and wide angle lens that comes with the selfie stick, they noticed my cell phone had too much added protection on it. They were also able to fix my cracked and peeling screen protector and get another hard case for me. My iphone looks like new again! Will recommend them and come back for future phone needs!

My iPhone battery was fixed in less than 15 minutes. So much better than waiting for the official store to get it done. And so much cheaper. The replacement battery has been working for weeks and no drop in capacity.Free parking at the mall. They're located near the computer lane area just inside the inner circle. Definitely recommend!!

I dropped my phone and it broke the screen, front facing camera, and the back facing camera. I got everything repaired for $125 which is a great price. It only took 45 minutes in total which I’m very thankful for. Almost no lineup at the desk.

They may ask you pay, even they can’t fix it because you trust them put your devices in their store. Very ridiculous!

Excellent service, friendly personnel and very reasonable prices. Parking available at the mall as well. My phone screen was broken for weeks and they got it fixed right away and now my life is better again. Highly recommend, would go again!

This place is a total joke! I went here on March 3rd to fix Acer laptop and it's been outdated with Windows 7 with slow speed.I phoned prior to fix my laptop making sure I get Windows 10 and have the data saved onto CD. The husband fixes computers and laptops and the wife does all the talking probably. I even spoke to the wife beforehand and she quoted $40 for Windows 10 which is impossible.She even mentioned credit card is accepted as well. I wanted to fix my laptop ASAP and BOY, I was wrong! They both spoke terrible English and never understood or listened to what I wanted. NOBODY is using Windows 7 as it's been discontinued after January14th of this year.Any tech guys would be very knowledgable of what system to run and when to upgrade systems. I was hoping this store would offer a refund or maybe even deduct $40 off and then to upgrade to Windows 10. He said to bring back the laptop so he'll make extra money. This company doesn't know what they're doing.I've had issue with blue screen many times and really needed help running laptop smoothly. He deleted everything from the laptop and installed Windows 7 only. I've previously had lots of photos, Word (PowerPoint, Excel and etc) and other programs there.I really think this company is inexperienced and not professional keeping up with customer service. I ended up going to Aproman Computer on North Road to find out it costs around $100 to upgrade to Windows 10. The laptop is too slow and it was MUCH better buying a new or used laptop instead. **DO not bring your laptop here.** This place deserves 0 star if possible. Avoid this place!

Went to get a screen protector like I did the past, I was a repeat customer for years and recommended it to others but then today has really disappointed me. I went to get a screen protector that is supposedly higher protection, temper glass, but literally the same day it got cracked without dropping or hitting it (less than 24 hours of owning it) and when I came back and showed them the crack on protector they said you must have dropped it. I told them no and they could see phone corners and overall was brand new and not a scratch (phone is 2 days old). They still said you must have had some sort of impact and refused to do anything. Needless to say I will not come back. Awful customer service experience.
