Wine Kitz

I was completely ignored and felt like i wasnt worth their time. When i went i was the only customer in the store with 3 employees standing by the back working on something together. I saw them looking at me several times but completely ignored me. I even stood a couple feet from them staring for a couple minutes and nothing. In thr aprox 4 mins i was in the store looking for help i didnt get a hello, a ill help you in 1 minute or anything. Completely ignored. I finally spoke up and said if im going to be ignored ill go someplace else and walked out. 1 lady said hold on and i told her it was too late then i heard her groan really loudly like i annoyed her. I felt like i was treated horribly and will never go back. I then went to the 8th street location and it was a 180. Best customer service, very knowledgable and we even shared a few laughs.

Owner dude is super nice really knows his stuff, stores got everything you need except a recipe book but I could be wrong on that one, with the price of beer going up it's worth checking this place out it's definitely cost effective in the long term

I've been in about 3 times, twice I knew what I was looking for, and once I needed to ask about a siphon. Every time the employees were super friendly and very helpful. And they seem to know what they're talking about, which is def worth it's weight in gold.As a bonus, upon comparing their prices to Amazon's, they were in fact less expensive (in some cases significantly less money), had more appropriate sizes available (I don't need an entire pound of yeast nutrient, for example), and had instantaneous delivery - no waiting, at exactly the prices I was hoping for.Another bonus, this location seems to be open on Sundays, unlike every other brew store in the city. Top marks!

Amazing service and kits offered. The service was quick and fast, the owner just told you all the information and helps you get what you need to get yourself going. So many wine flavours and kinds all arounnd. It smells amazing inside and is just pleasing to the eye. I highly recommend coming here if you're interested in brewing wine.

A great place to get sodastream gas canister refills. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A great, fast experience each time. Keep it up fellas!

Excellent Service - and Products!I have been to many Wine Kitz - and this is my favorite location! They are always helpful, and have stayed open late to accommodate me! Morris and the crew definitely go the extra mile!
