Looked at a lot of outdoor furniture stores and this one had a huge selection. The furniture was great Quality. Easy transaction and the furniture arrived quickly.Paid for delivery and they put it where it needed to go and they were very friendly.

We had a great experience buying new deck furniture at Fresh. The store is beautifully laid out with a variety of styles and reasonable price points for higher end furniture. Creig assisted us and couldn’t have been more helpful. He made excellent suggestions on coordinating pieces and lugged several pieces of furniture around the showroom so we could see what it looked like together (sorry about that, Creig). We had planned to visit several showrooms but were so happy with what he showed us that we made our purchase then and there. Can’t wait to start enjoying our new patio furniture. Thanks again!

This place is fantastic. So spacious and everything displayed so nicely. There is an outside patio. Tons of things to fit everyone’s style. There is parking outside.Shopping here was fun. Nobody bothering you until we needed someone to help us after we navigated through everything on our own. When we decided what we wanted, Ian was a pleasure to deal with and talk to as we bought our patio set. The whole experience was fantastic. Great stuff and wonderful friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will go there again for sure!

We spent a small fortune on patio furniture for our condo balcony on June 5. The product is very nice; the after sales service is absolutely abysmal. I've called three times in the last eighteen days (with a simple question that likely requires a very simple answer, and each time the message indicates that someone will call back at THEIR convenience. Problem is, they don't call back!!!! Rude!

Rude and dismissiveThey have beautiful products but I wouldn’t want to do business with themI would have been able to move my car but my car key was wedged under the seat that the heavy planters were on .Your staff saw me struggling .I could have had a bit of help.I too had better things to doI certainly didn’t want to keep you after yourlong day

We were looking for new teak patio furniture this spring and did extensive online and in store comparisons in the GTA. I must say that Fresh beat everyone hands down in terms of selection, price and customer care. The staff was attentive, helpful and very considerate of our time and allowed us look at everything twice, set up different combinations of chairs and tables and do it all again for a second look.In the end we purchased a complete set of teak chairs and table and are very satisfied with our purchase. Two days ago one of the chairs broke and I took it back to Fresh today and can't say enough about how they handled the situation. They replaced the chair with a brand new one, no questions asked, no request for proof of purchase (they simply verified from their records). I was in and out of there with my replacement chair in less than twenty minutes. Now that is good customer service.I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good shopping experience for quality outdoor furniture.G. Dorrett Toronto

Charming and spacious, I would be surprised if you didn’t find what you were looking for here.Must start off the review by saying. . . WOW, this place is huge! There is a large outside portion, including a hidden little alleyway and then two large buildings, full of home decor and furniture.The staff here are outgoing and generous, I was instantly greeted upon entering and questions were promptly answered. They knew exactly what items were in stock, and what they have the option of ordering in. Many items are marked down, and to my understanding prices are flexible from the sticker set price.There are many displays which are setup delightfully, including my favourite; the cradle daybed. As well as perhaps the largest pillow wall I have ever seen, there will be a pillow available for everyone’s choosing!If you find yourself in need of patio furniture or some dazzling decor, I would highly recommend giving this place a visit.

My boyfriend and I were shopping for a garden / patio furniture set for the deck of our condo apartment located near Fort York in Toronto. We shopped around at a few of the big box stores, but then went to Fresh and found exactly what we were looking for. The pricing and selection was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommended!

High end furniture that lasts and lasts. We have a dining set that was purchased at least 15 years ago. Still in excellent condition.
