I was in need of 2 additional camera's for my wired Lorex security camera system, which has been outstanding. The rep I spoke to online stated there was only model camera available and it was wireless. I was not happy hearing this. However, one business day later my original sales rep called me and asked about what I needed, saying the information the online rep gave me was in error. She gave me a choice of 4 different model camera's and provided a very nice discount for them as well. Between an excellent product and great customer service, I am more then pleased with this company and recommend them highly.

Useless customer service, used voucher code to buy cctv camera online and on system says partially paid. For customer service to check asks me to call them again in 5 hours. They can’t be bothered to contact the customer, if I don’t contact them.

I made use of the sales support chat to help me find the right system. My support rep (Wilson) was very knowledgeable and quick to answer all my questions. I honestly wasn't surprised to learn how well Lorex systems work together so well and have a thought out, complete, and robust framework for a myriad of security needs. He also worked to get me the best deal possible, I definitely recommend!

The online agent Wilson was extremely helpful. He made my purchase seamless and he was very efficient. He also offered great pricing along with the July 4th discount available. He was very attentive and answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way till purchase online. Would highly recommend!

Product is mediocre. You need to watch the entire recording as the fwd 4x or 8x doesn't work. Service is extremely bad as I have sent the issues via app as my camera appears offline. It more than 4 days and no response from the team.My response to Lorex Team: I am glad that Lorex responded now as i took social media as the last resort. The phone number was already provided with a clear note on the problems. I wish your team contacts me directly based on the recent concerns that i have raised. Replying in social media platform doesn't fix the problem. Thanks.

Received a damaged package. Looked as if someone had gotten to it before delivery. Kelvin tried help and escalated the issue. I need to sit tight for about five business days to hear of a resolution. Not sure of the condition of the unit.

Very difficult business to work with, both verbal on the phone and their chat system. Bought product with solar panels back ordered, Lorex CANNOT advise an ship date - zero input. So i advised i cannot let the cameras, extender, and countertop screen to just sit here - already have them for 45 days and your end of Jan promise on panels will not happen. So i will return the product and move on, and they say you have gone past the 30 day return policy - crazy, round in circles, frustrating. Suggest you look elsewhere.

I have been using Lorex 4K cameras for 5 years and they have never once had a problem. I have showed others my cameras and they have all said that they are the clearest cameras they have ever seen. I'm now looking to upgrade and their customer support helped me find out which one will also work with my old cameras. I will continue to support this company as they have been very helpful and the cameras are top notch.

Non-functional wired doorbell after 1.25 years, and tech support that does not know their own products.We purchased the 2K wired doorbell in March 2022. On July 3, 2023 the doorbell stopped working. When looking at it, the bottom section appeared to have expanded and the plastic housing cracked open. My husband took the doorbell apart, only to see the internal battery had swelled. When we called Lorex Tech Support, the service was horrendous - the tech argued and told us that there is no battery in this device, except we were looking at the swelled battery. Searching online, it becomes apparent that this is a common issue with this device at the one year mark, rendering the doorbell non-functional. Save your money and avoid Lorex products until Lorex can build something of quality and learn their own products.
