Pharmaprix

Every single time I find myself going in there, there's something wrong. Floor is always understaffed, pharmacists (namely a couple of them) are always rude or frustrated somehow and fail to listen to what we say or ask regarding prescriptions or other medication products.Would have this place closed down if it wasn't a pharmacy...

Standard pretty expensive things. Best to make your purchases when they go on sale, otherwise you're paying through the nose. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I am always very welcomed in this Pharmaprix and find what I want, especially in the cosmetics department. The staff is kind and helpful (in English and in French)

I have never had a good experience. Three times they've made mistakes with my prescriptions. Once over charging me by 300$. When I asked the person at the lab counter to look at my bill, she refused and told me call my insurance company. I did not need to call anyone for her to correct having charged me for 28 refills instead of one.One would think making a simple purchase would be less complicated. But. No. One bottle of aveno is in the cosmetics section and the other is in the pharmacy section. Having 6 items, and one cosmetic" after having lined up at the cash I was told I had to go line up again at the cosmetics cash because of "store policy" which is no where indicated and makes absolutely no sense.The staff in store is great. The management and staff at the lab are terrible."

With all due respect, the people working at the pharmacy have messed up my medication and my requests to refill so many times. Be it disregarding my doctors change in doses, or asking to refill 2 medications and then discovering they prepared every single med on my file LOL. One guy yelled at me because they had prepared a prescription on auto renew but my doctor changed my dose, and then told me I had to buy the prepared one anyways. Guys what’s going on!!!!!

Absolutely horrible place. Not only is it dirty. But when I was about to leave the store they stopped me and accused me of stealing a open item because I simply had asked to use the bathroom. They would not let me leave until I “gave it back” and I didn’t even know what was the empty item… I don’t recommend this location to anyone and will never be coming back.

It's money rip off.They sell the Oil of Olay body wash for 14.99$.The same store online price is 13.49$.It is for 9.97$ at Walmart and 11.50$ at Jean Coutu

Pharmacists in the back are great but overall store policy is not customer friendly. Had two occasions that really put me off. First was Aspirin I had bought on sale. When I got home I opened it to use it and a very foul smell was immediately detected. Like Ammonia. Turned out it was expired. I brought it back to return and was promptly told there are no refunds on sale products... So I gave them the bottle so that the store could safely dispose the pills.The second time was a pair of winter cleats. The package described they would fit my boots but they didn't so I returned to ask to exchange for a larger size. They would not do anything because there was a crack in the plastic wrapper. I explained that it was there when I bought it and thought nothing of it at the time. After 2 attempts I gave up.Some" nice people who work there but I'll be going up or down a block to do my purchasing instead from now on. Buyer beware."
