I agree with all the bad reviews. I should have learned my lesson by now but sometimes I go back because this location is very convenient for me. But sadly the rice is always undercooked, and they put way too much compared to everything else. The veggie ground is also always burnt and overcooked. The pickled onions are not pickled either...they are just onions lol. I also dislike that the staff prompts me to order faster by calling me ma'am" every 2 seconds. I am taking my time to make sure the give me enough toppings...which they dont anyway. Wish they would put a Bar Burrito here instead. Huge difference in quality between the two franchises."

My burrito was not wrapped right and tore the whole wheat burrito. She was in a rush. There was no line up at 430 pm.

Got a bowl today and all the ingredients tasted so old and stale. Ended up having to throw it out after a few bites. Some of the rice was crunchy (like uncooked), chicken and steak both dry, beans were mushy.UPDATE: after emailing the owner, I received nothing back. Not sure if the email comment is just to try and keep reviews at bay.

I went to mucho burrito on 31-05-2023 approximately 4pm. there was a girl (indian) she didn’t say hello or anything, she started order. I am vegetarian but I don’t eat that green veggies than i ask for little rice instead( before she put one level scoop of rice in my bowl) when i ask she put half scoop more and less than level scoop black beans, i mean really it is vegetarian and i am spending $15 for this meal. Than i said is this your bowl she said u want more( very rudely) it was half bowl. I mean seriously and she said 4 toppings i take cheese pico nd mango salsa.I definitely love mucho burrito but not this one, not prefered location for next time.

This place is great! The atmosphere is cool and the staff is also friendly and polite. The food is always fantastic and no matter what i ordered I am always delighted with my meal.. Highly recommended!!

Honestly, this place has gone downhill so badly. The resturant and food prep area is FILTHY. Like, health concern dirty. It smells odd and the staff are not friendly. Such a disappointment as there are few places to eat in the area. Please avoid!EDIT- I emailed the owner and they did not reply, obviously all these reach outs are just for show- AVOID!

I have been eating here since they opened and have always been happy till these past couple of months. For the third time in a row I've gotten twice the rice and beans, half the meat of a normal burrito. I've eaten at several locations and have a history in food services so it is not hard to recognize a policy of saving money. I can empathize with the rise in food prices, but I'd rather pay a dollar more for a good meal than eat this overly bland rice wrap. Looks like I'm taking my dollars elsewhere here in future.

I’ve been going to Mucho burrito since the first one opened many many years ago, and I’ve been raving about it till I tried this location, which is super close to my work. I’ve been coming to this location for 3 weeks now, and they never have guacamole, and half the time they’re out of cheese or sauce or something. Horribly managed location, the burritos they produce are ultra meh. And expensive, they charge extra for every little ingredient. Don’t bother with this location, go to any other location! This one will disappoint. Hell they can’t even wrap it up. Leaked like crazy through the paper bag all over my lunch bag getting my work stuff all full of sauce!

The burrito itself was decent but the staff member was rude and in a rush for no reason. It seems like it’s an inconvenience when I’m there placing an order. I tried to use my giftcard, I checked to make sure she applied it and she said she did but the receipt shows otherwise. I paid full price even though I could have used the gift card that had some money to cover half the order. Teach the staff some customer service…
