Dealership mis diagnosed vehicle stayed I need a new engine. Booked oil change had to return four times to get it done! Lack of people poor communication on their part.Management along with the service was lacking and well below par. Oakville Chrysler I’m returning never should have left despite my move.

Joe was very helpful, he helped answer all the questions. He tried to help as much as he could. I did not purchase the car from Milton location because of the trade in l, I was not able to walk out with no cost. A few accident history.. another dealership took my car at no cost and gve me a good deal, I called Joe to check he was helpful he told me advise me, he knew I was got a deal he still answer my call and messages. I find it to be very unfortunate that I have to leave a review of only one star for this facility. There are a few staff members that have been extremely helpful over the past few years. I have purchased three rams from here in past three years. Two of which were new. When my truck was stolen and recovered, it sat at the facility for almost four months waiting for repair. During that time I attempted to trade it in and purchase my fourth. This is where my experience went south. The management was uninterested in assisting with a new purchase, in some cases did not respond to calls or emails for over a week. It is safe to say I won't be purchasing my fourth truck from them. The reality of that is, they don't care. What's one customer lost right? At the end of it, I'm still waiting for back ordered parts" and my truck came out worse than when it went in. I just purchased my first new car from Sean. The entire process was smooth and simple from beginning to end. Sean went above and beyond. He didn’t try and sell us anything we didn’t need/request. He was very kind, informative and supportive. My fiancé has bought a few cars from him and has never been disappointed. I highly recommend Sean Gibson!

I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. My recent experience with Ray Dunbar, a salesperson at this dealership, was unprofessional and unethical. My family and I had scheduled an appointment to view a specific vehicle three days in advance, but upon our arrival, Ray informed us that the vehicle had been sold the previous day. When we asked why he didn't inform us of the sale and save us from a 150km trip, he simply replied that he hoped to interest us in another vehicle. This type of behavior is unacceptable and unbecoming of a reputable dealership. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership or their affiliated KIA dealership located in the same plaza.
