We had some damage to the siding of our house from a windstorm. It was too high up for me to ask any family to fix safely. So many companies turned us down because “the job was too small” and denied helping us. This was extremely discouraging. Chris was very prompt to come have a look at it. He quoted us at a very fair price and even got on the roof the same day to fix our chimney cap. Very friendly guy. He looked at the damage right before Christmas and said he’d be in touch after the holidays. He accidentally lost our number and was thoughtful enough to come by just to let us know. He repaired our siding when he said he would and was very responsive throughout the process. The work to the siding was done well and everything looks great. The bid from Schoen was neither the lowest nor the highest, but it provided the clearest and most understandable statement of the work to be done. Aside from a minor rain delay" work started when promised and was completed in the expected timeframe. The work done to replace the roof on my rental property was professional and reasonable. No complaints! I then had wind damage on another area of the building and they sought out the difficult to find older original materials and repaired it very nicely.
