I am a regular at this location. I have given well-deserved glowing praise in the past. The drive through staff continue to provide top-knotch, friendly service. What I find very dissapointing is the fact that the first thing the new owners did was to remove the garbage bins in the drive-through. Really? I think this says it all about their idea of good customer service vs cheaping out. I shudder to think what else they are doing that's not so obvious. It's time I gave McDonald's coffee, which has such raving reviews, another try.

This is the location closest to my home and I wish it was better run. Visit after visit the counter service is unbelievably poor. The staff are lovely, but focused on drive thru orders so the wait time for counter service is lengthy. I've also been disappointed with their limited offerings from mid-afternoon on. Almost impossible trying to get a Boston cream, apple fritter, or glazed sour cream donut after 4pm. I've started driving the extra few kms to go to a smaller but better managed (and stocked) Tim's up the road.

Couldn’t hear the server in the drive through so went off my memory of their sequence of questions.Coffee is the weakest coffee, not sure if they used the whole package of coffee grounds to make this batch.

Went to Tim Hortons after my Costco run and if you thought Tim Hortons in oxford had good service then man you should come to this Tim Hortons. The line was so long but baris who was working drive thru was so happy and joyful. I never seen a kid who loves tim hortons. Mans is dedicated to his job and man did his ice cap slap!

Went to get an ice cap and when I got it the ice cap was made so watery that I may as well got an ice coffee. When I asked politely if they could re-make it so it was thicker and more like a slurpee the person told me that’s how they make it. There was no compromise or offer of a a refund. Very disappointing.

They didn't have biscuits so I changed my orders to wraps.. then they didn't have eggs.. so I changed my whole order and ended having to spend way more than I had anticipated.. then they couldn't make my order fast enough so I had to pull ahead and wait in he parking lot. Staff was ok.. not super friendly but polite enough. We ended up waiting a very long time watching about 20 cars go through the a and w in front of us..

Clean spacious restaurant with a variety of seating. I like the booths.Good selection of lunch items and ample parking.Food was prepared accurately and efficiently.

Great friendly service today. My order was exactly what I ordered and the ice cap was filled perfectly. THANK YOU.Suggestion.....can you please put out garbage bins out for the drive thru. A lot of garbage along the drive through.

Just found a sticker(?) inside my buffalo chicken wrap. Was a lovely surprise while eating it on my way home. Called to speak to a manager but I guess they don't work weekends, so I'll just put this here. I've done as much as I'm willing to do to reach out. Eat here at your own risk, I guess?

Went in and ordered breakfast and coffee to go as Drive thru was extremely busy. First, there was no acknowledgement that there was a few people in line inside, they were more focused on Drive thru. After about half hour, I finally received my cold coffees and still had to wait an extra 10 min for breakfast wraps, which, after they were made were thrown up to me on the counter. Was not impressed at all. Being from out of town, we almost always manage to go to a Tim's as majority of the time, your staff are always pleasant to the public. Will never stop there again.
