Great service and large selection. Staff took the time to show numerous pieces, paying attention to personal requests and wishes. Despite shopping very close to closing time, staff did not rush - instead focusing on providing great customer service.

Was looking for a ring that i could get engraved. Found the perfect one here on a random night and was told the engraving I wanted was totally doable and a certain price. Had to think about it, and I looked it up on the companys website for $60 less than what the store was offering. And then when I purchased it the next day, they told me it wasn't eligible for engraving because it wasn't expensive enough, in spite of what they'd told me the day before. Extremely disappointed in this store. Definitely do not recommend it unless it's for a super good deal.

The staff here have been excellent helping us pick out our engagement ring and wedding bands. Daniel especially was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We look forward to coming back again!

The two people that were working there were no help to any questions I had, not sure if they were new, however if you don't know you could get on the phone and ask, instead they just say no to any questions I had and went back to talk to one another. I called another location that took the time to help me, and told me the request I had was doable. Do yourself a favour don't bother with this store.

Just went there (Winnipeg Outlet Branch) today to buy a gift for my mom, there were only 1 other customer and two sales ladies at the time. I had to ask for prices twice, since most of the items have no prices on display and this sales (short-brunette) lady just gave me an attitude off the bat. Was gonna buy an item (thought it was an earrings/necklace set) then when I was about to pay, I noticed it was only the necklace she scanned, I had to clarify if it was not a set and she said “no” with a rude tone, so I apologized and asked her if it’s okay to change it to something else instead. FYI, she never told that the first item I was interested in wasn’t a set when it was displayed as a “set”. Never saw her smile UNTIL after I pay!!! Made me feel like i’m not welcome!! ugh

Came in the other day and want to give a huge thank you to Daniel for helping us out. This man is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, patient and very kind. With our experience I for sure thought he was the manager, but he is not. Peoples promote this man to manager, because with the knowledge and professionalism he absolutely needs to be one. This man is definitely a huge asset to this company. I had to leave a 5 Star review because this man needs to be recognized. Thank you so much for helping us out Daniel.

Amazing service! I brought my grandfather's watch in to get the battery changed and Daniel made it so special. He treated it with care and was very knowledgeable on the product sharing some interesting details on the item. 10/10 recommend.
