The crew was great. Even with me showing up right as they were closing. Super accommodating and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Avoid this place at all cost. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Brought our vehicle in for an oil change and they ended up starting the vehicle without an oil filter on the engine. After lots of shouting back and forth between the employees, more oil was added to the engine. I paid almost $200 for this service. After this, we took the vehicle to the dealer to have them look over the service to make sure everything was as it should be. They found the oil to be at the bottom fill line of the dip stick. the dealer added more oil before we drove the vehicle home. I called Jiffy Lube to figure out what happened, and request a refund. The local store didn't want to help me, and I was given the regional managers number to call. Once I got ahold of the regional manager I was told no, that I had to supply paperwork from the dealer stating what they had done and would be reimbursed the cost of the additional oil they put in. Because I didn't book an appointment at the dealer, I wasn't given any service record, they just felt bad for the terrible service at Jiffy Lube and helped us out.Never was there any kind of apology or sympathy from Jiffy Lube for their tech starting the engine without an oil filter in it. At 12:42 PM today, I stopped by Mr. Lube for an oil change. The young man who dealt with me (I believe his name was Brody), was unequivocally, the most polite, professional attendant I have ever seen work at an oil change location. When I asked him how old he was and he said he was just 14, (he added that he was the youngest employee to date). If you need an oil change? I'd highly recommend Mr. Lube in Cranbrook. This young man deserves a raise. Good on your company for taking the risk to hire someone so young. He must have nailed the interview.

Jiffy Lube Cranbrook went out of their way to help me solve my screw up by draining my over filled oil to the right level. they didn't charge me, just offered their help. Businesses that are so quick to help others in their community are the kind of places I want to support.

I go here every time and always have excellent service, really friendly and they make me feel comfortable :)

Great place to get oil changes. Very quick and easy.

I would recommend going elsewhere. The Staff was not friendly. The signature service oil change includes a list of basic visual inspections; none of which were done on my vehicle for the $137 it cost. The oil was changed and he took my mileage but besides that, Tires and air filter were not checked, no inspection of lights or wipers etc.

Excellent customer service, professional, kind, honest and to the point. I am so happy with service provided in getting oil change in my jeep, I drive 2 hours here for oil change. Thank you to all Jiffy lube staff for beyond expectational customer service
