The nurses, doctors and most of the staff are all WONDERFUL. I have only had problems with one receptionist (I believe her name was Heather). She speaks to you like you’re an inconvenience and seems to be a pretty brazen person. I understand everyone is overwhelmed, but if an individual is bringing an attitude while doing their job, maybe they should reconsider.

These folks work 7 days a week and regular hours on all the stat holidays as well. They're friendly and happy and responsive and never condescending in any manner and I appreciate the whole thing big time so I thought I'd say so on here.

I had issues with the care cordinator at the time named Jane klots other than that the staff. Really tries there best at taken care of the pacients and the clinic has a ton to offer
