I have just returned home from an absolutely blissful spa package. I was taken care of by Melissa, who is just so good at what she does. I had the spa pedicure, shellac fingers manicure, eyebrow wax, facial and back massage. Was incredible, Melissa uses the perfect about of pressure, she’s very strong which I appreciated because I don’t like when technicians and masseurs apply minimal pressure! I have been to quite a few spas, and I must say that Hush is RIGHT up there at the top! Absolutely FABULOUS! Thanks again so much!

I had my brows waxed and a microdermabrasion facial. Sophea did a spectacular job on my eyebrows. Fast and gentle. The facial was out of this world! One of the best things I’ve done for myself in ages. I would highly recommend this spa for any service after my first experience. I look forward to trying their other services!

I went to get a Brazilian wax done. The employee did not wear gloves which exposed me to many possible infections. My skin was cut after wax and there was a bunch of patches of hair left. She only spent five minutes waxing me and charged 60$ when there were many patches of hair left. I have been waxed multiple times and this has never happened to me. The skin is extremely swollen, discolored and painful. I called to express my concerns about infection and pain and she did not try to help at all and ignored my request for a refund. Please do not put yourselves at risk.

A nice, clean and serene spa. I felt very welcomed - leaving relaxed, calm and pampered. Sophea and Melissa are so accommodating and kind. I highly recommend this local business and will be returning weekly for the forseeable future for Manicures, Pedicures, Facials and Relaxation massages. Hush Esthetics & Laser is the ONLY place in North Bay to go for a true spa experience. When we think of a genuine spa experience, we think of a quiet place to relax, yet often times we are in a row of fancy chairs like cattle unable to have a conversation without having four or five listening ears around us.
