Horrible customer service, even worse quality of work. Had to take truck in twice because they did not repair properly first time, when asking for a rental truck this is the response we got “ I’ll get you a car because it’s coming out of my pocket”When we picked the truck up for the second time we found a new dent and we’re told “you must have backed into a trailer” I would take any repairs to hackets in Belleville. Or honestly anywhere else.

I had a *self-inflicted* scratch across my back door that went onto the trim that needed to be fixed as my car is leased. Jim, Wendy and the squad were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Due to the pandemic pretty much everything is delayed when it comes to cars so having my vehicle fixed in a few days was amazing. Look as good as new!! Will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

Fast, friendly service. Fully explained steps required to repair car. Acted as liason between car rental and insurance adjuster. Fully detailed car prior to delivery. Nationwide warranty for repairs.

Had to take my vehicle back TWICE to have it repaired because this place did such horrible work. The man was mad about having to PAY FOR A RENTAL when his company was the one that did TERRIBLE WORK! Save yourself the time, and take your vehicle somewhere else….customer service is absolutely terrible too. I mentioned a dent that was not there prior to me dropping it off, the man got rude and defensive and started accusing me of backing into something. This man is absolutely RUDE.If I could give 0 stars I would… complete joke.

They did a stunning job on my car. Everything is lined up perfectly and the paint looks great. Everyone I talked to were friendly and wonderful to speak to. I would definitely take my car back here if I ever need to. Thank you guys so much

Very satisfied! I took my Mirage in because a kicked-up rock had left some pretty deep scratches and dents in the hood. I took it in in the morning and they were finished with it by the end of the next day. You wouldn't know there had been any damage at all when I picked it up. Highly recommend!

Had our Truck in for windshield replacement. & side mirror replaced.Excellent Customer Service!. I was also very Pleased to see that your Animals were allowed inside.Even a Water bowl & a toy. Thank you all. :)

If there were more stars i would use them...If anyone uses this place let them know if you have any issues or concerns..We had a slight issue with pricing and they were right on top of it. They corrected the price once i told them my feelings..Yes i would take my vehicle back to them in a heartbeat..The lady was very kind and so was the manager...We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your caring and understanding....**************" these are the stars you should receive. My 13' Volkswagen Jetta was approved for rust warranty work at Belleville Volkswagen; I was pushed through to here (assuming they hold a contract for all autobody warranty work). The process drawn out, over 5 months; no fault of their due to covid.What I can fault them on is a list of issues that make no sense. my cars interior (light beige) was reassembled with greased up dirty hands, so I've got a stained headliner with handprints over it I cant get out. My gas cap is now not flush with the rear quarter panel of my car. Body clips on the rear bumper were either broken or busted off. Paint blending and polishing isn't anything to be impressed by, and somehow they lost and omitted to tell me one of my wheel lock bolts was gone; a $150 minimum hit for a new set.Churning out as much work, as fast as possible to make a quick buck.
