I went to the store looking for a particular style. While they didn't have exactly what I wanted, they offered to custom make it for me and it came out just as I wanted. Prompt service, knowledgeable staff, and great communication made this a wonderful experience. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Imran created the exact band design I wanted in 18k gold with 5 black diamonds - it is perfect in every way! This small, unique jewelry store holds it’s own with the big boys, service is top drawer and if you are unable to find what you want amongst their wide inventory ask Imran if he can work his magic! I had my beautiful ring within 2 weeks❣️

I would like to give a big thanks to Imran of Arain Jewellers. I was thinking of proposing to my girlfriend at the time so I started going to your traditional stores and although I saw elements of designs that I liked, I was unable to find something that completely satisfied me. For me, this was a big moment, my parents at the time had been married for 36 years, this ring is something that she will wear her entire life. When I walked into Arain Jewellers they encouraged my perfectionist mindset and helped me to create exactly what I wanted. When I had changes in mind, Imran didn't complain or try to push me away from them, he encouraged it and also helped me to think of some things that I hadn't even thought of (shows his ability and expertise). When it came to pricing, Imran didn't play any games like the other shops, I'd already done my research on what it potentially should cost, he came right in line with my expectations for directed selection without me having to push.Most impressive to me, I had a deadline, visiting my partner for her birthday in California and presenting her the ring. I hadn't given Imran a bunch of time to get it done, but all along the way he gave me updates on progress and he made it a priority. In the end he met my deadline and both myself and my partner were thoroughly impressed with the final result. Also, had he not stayed on top of things, I may have had to wait a whole year before I had another chance considering COVID-19 came a month later.I feel very grateful for finding Imran for such an important occasion, he is someone I was able to trust and was able to produce something that not only satisfied my wishes but also my partners.

Amazing staff amazing service amazing jewelry. My fiance and I are super happy with our wedding/engagement rings. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Completely a different experience then going to any of those big chained jewelry store. They take the time to look after you and do right by you. Just amazing!

Quick to receive jewellery but the final product unfortunately a disappointment. I ordered a personalized birthstone ring for Mother’s Day with 3 stones .. it can go up to 7. What they don’t tell you is if you don’t fill the ring with all 7 stones there is still a groove for all 7 which leaves your ring looking like multiple stones have fallen out. Expressed my disappointment to just they were unaware of that too and that was that to my extreme disappointment in store.
