After trying to tweak my wife's bike, and failing miserably, I needed to call the experts. Of course I did not want to have to give up the bike for a few days. Velofix to the rescue. Getting an appointment was easy on the website. Follow up confirming the appointment was timely. My hero (Steven) arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgable, even allowing to watch and learn, treated the bike with great care, and fixed my (un)handy work quickly. This is such a great service and the convenience of having the work done in your drive way is out of this world. Thanks Velofix!!

Turner Fleischer has a team that participates yearly in the Ride to Conquer Cancer. Couple years ago we brought in Nick to do tune ups and look over the bikes for any of our riders who are participating in the Ride. Ever since we have brought Nick and his team in for our yearly 'Bike repair day' as the service has been phenomenal. He helps the ride to conquer cancer being the tech support at the first pit stop, so he knows exactly what to look for to ensure we are ready. Thank you Nick, Sommer and the rest of the team.

My experience with Velofix was outstanding. Steven was timely, professional, knowledgeable, and very service oriented. He even fixed some items that another repair shop had overlooked and worsened with their work. I will definitely use Velofix again - it was a seamless and very positive experience. I HIGHLY recommend (and rarely write reccos unless service was truly extraordinary)

I had a great experience with Nathaniel from Velofix. I am a beginner and don't know a lot about bicycle maintenance. Nathaniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, answered all of my questions, gave me tips to make the bike ride better, and even showed me how to do some simple maintenance. I will definitely use this service again.

I’ve used velofix a few times now and was quite pleased with how easy it was to schedule their service. Steven from the Velofix Markham location even scheduled an early morning appointment to help unboxed and build my bike so I could ride it sooner during peak spring hours. I can’t say enough good things about him!
