This store is organized and clean. I always shop here and the staff are very helpful.

I bought a ps4 controller yesterday but ended up not working. So i came back to hopefully return it. When i came to the customer service at around 6:30 pm may 2,2023 on a tuesday, the lady that was working there was on her phone and when she a saw a customer coming in (me), she gave me a bad look and brought her phone down. Bad customer service aside, they refused to give me a refund for a product I bought yesterday saying some refunds have an “exception” that she didn’t explain what was the “exception” was. The workers here in this specific walmart feel superior for some reason. Like can’t they at least offer a different solution to the problem? This store needs an inspection for the people that work here.

Manager: Alot of your staff need to be trained properly, to do their jobs. Part of their job is to be helpful and courteous to customers. Today I met 3 of your staff members. 2 of them were unfriendly and almost rude. The 3rd lady was rude and snarky when I asked her a question. The manager of the department finally had to get involved, as this lady kept on being her miserable self.

This specific Walmart at Northland Village Mall just finished their renovations. It make it twice bigger than before. Always looks clean and organized. With some friendly employees that always ready to help. This is my go to store for my monthly shopping.

The store looks great but the customer service needs improvement. Three people working in electronics, not a single person looked up from their cell phones to help us. Only two change rooms meant long lines.

I am writing to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Yang in the pharmacy department of Walmart.Her kindness and patience were truly remarkable as she took the time to thoroughly explain the intricacies of my medication. This level of personalized care and attention far exceeded my expectations and is deserving of recognition.

I am also terrified of confrontation so avoid breaking the law at all costs. I am ALSO a legal assistant with no intention of jeopardizing my legal reputation.I ended up crying in my car and having a panic attack after having employees go as far as checking out my things for me and watching over my shoulder so close I could smell her bad breath. There was 3 around me by the end of it. I was trying my best to be polite regardless of their awful behaviour.Will never be returning. I was wearing lululemon head to toe so I will chalk it up to ableism. Which is major discrimination.

This is now a supercentre which is great for one stop shopping. Store is clean and well maintained, lots of parking available. They have lots of check out stations and a good number of self check out so you don’t have to talk to anyone if you don’t want to. The carts do take coins so remember to grab some.

Just a quick thankyou to three very helpful staff members on Sunday April 16th. Fatima, Falguna and Mei all went out of their way to offer not just me but many others. Their care and compassion was appreciated by all. Thanks again Walmart staff. Your consistent customer care brings me back.

So sad to witness a lady Manager yelling at the cashier helping us using the 20% discount for associates’ family. She yelled at the cashier to demand a letter from my husband or the presence of my husband to get the 20% discount. Next time we will spend our money at the location where my husband works. Very rude Customer Service Manager. She needs to be coached or called out. We have been coming to this location for years now to help this struggling location make sales. Not worth any patronage. So sad the Manager speaks my own language. She is a shame to our race acting and treating associates like that.Our receipt shows transaction at 20:22:06 time.
