Deb saved my life. Shoppers had failed to send them a script and my insurance company was difficult to reach. Deb persisted in getting everything sorted for me right away even though Mesa's was busier than usual. We were in desperate need for this medication and Deb went above and beyond to help us. I received phone calls from her throughout the process and was able to pick up my prescription the next day. I am very grateful to her and this pharmacy for doing far more than expected to help us.

They do a good job. They care. They remember you.A family member of mine went to a different pharmacy that gave him the wrong medication. Mesa caught the potentially fatal error.They have work-friendly hours too.

We submitted a prescription and requested for it to be filled quickly. They were able to accommodate me. However Mesa lost a lot of brownie points with me when they gave the impression that they were extremely reluctant to file the prescription directly with my benefits provider. They gave me a rather weak and illogical explanation as to why it would be better that I file the claim myself. My situation is complicated further as it involves 2 separate companies. Claiming a left over amount is not a normal process and requires more effort. I am generally passive and let this go without challenging them. I should have pushed for them to do this. Comparatively, if I provide both providers information to Shoppers and they take care of everything. Shoppers makes it extremely easy for me.

My experience with them hasnt been great as well. I called in yesterday later in the afternoon and they were supposed to get back to me in an hour. Nobody got back to me. I got a call today and they said it'll take 3 days for the medicine to be ready. ...if you want it from us

Best customer service I've ever received. Took the time to learn my name and learn the things that I need to pick up on a regular basis, very impressed with their services and the workers are very kind.

My experience was unprofessional. It was a very brief phone call and interaction on site and I was astonished how the pharmacist spoke to me and what was said. I recommend our regular port union shoppers. I cannot recommend this place after this customer service experience.

This place is without a doubt the most comfortable i have ever felt walking into a Dr's office. Cleanliness is amazing and friendly staff. Not to mention there is no wait time at all to get in. Great job Mesa's!
