Dropped off our vehicle for a couple fixes. They were not clear or prompt in their communication. They were not open to feedback. The people at the front desk were short and rude in their responses. The Guelph VW is much better!

I bought 2023 VW Tiguan in Dec’22. My experience with this dealership has been the best among all other VW dealers visited and had some bad experiences with dealers in GTA area. Haseeb helped me with pricing, warranties and financial stuff. He got me approved for the loan at good rate and faster. Also, Stephanie helped me make a better decision in terms of selecting the vehicle and trim and help me get the vehicle as soon as possible.Highly recommend anyone looking for VW to visit them!! Great team.

After I had a few negative experiences with Volkswagen dealerships in GTA area, I’ve discovered this dealership with the vehicle (Taos Highline) I need in stock, which is a rare case nowadays.I would like to thank the entire team Stefanie , Saul and Haseeb. Each of them made my experience pleasant and worth a drive from Toronto. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new Volkswagen !

10 Stars!I can't say enough good things about Stephanie and the Cambridge VW team! Stephanie got me the used car I love within my budget, and treated me like GOLD throughout the whole purchasing process! It's that extra attention to detail the Cambridge VW team does that sets the bar higher than everyone else. I highly recommend you check them out. I know that when the time comes for another new car, I will be returning to Cambridge Volkswagen!

Service advisor Natalie Dube was welcoming and confirmed the scope of work that was to be performed. Upon completion, she described the technician's work and reviewed the related costs on the invoice. I was very satisfied with the experience and will continue to rely on CVW for future service.

After very smooth negotiations, my husband and I drove down to pick our new dream car, a 2015 diesel Passat only 90 kms. on it and for a good price and great warranties. Everybody, we spoke to, took time with us and answered all our questions very patiently. Manny, Aaron and Stephanie were exceptional with all their help. My granddaughter took a special liking to Jodi. She took Jody's hand and walked around the cars with her and chatted like old friends, Alexandria is only 3. These are the small but significant customer service memories that keeps us coming back to Cambridge V.W.We are enjoying our car so much. Thank you Cambridge V.W. for your care of your customers.

My partner has a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan and the engine light and EPC symbol showed up on the dashboard. The infotainment system displayed a message indicating “max 4000 RPM” and the vehicle could not get past 20 km/hr. We called the Cambridge Volkswagen location to book a service appointment and the earliest date available was 10 days away. We took the vehicle to a local mechanic who was able to reset the software and advised us to bring the vehicle into a dealership to investigate the issue further. We called the dealership back to book the service appointment and informed them that the vehicle was no longer showing the dashboard symbols. After waiting nearly two weeks, we received a call on the day of the appointment to be told that they could not diagnose the issue without the dashboard lights on and that the car was ready for pick up. Upon arrival, we confirmed that the dealership did not even inspect the vehicle. The assistant service manager, Gene Awrey, condescendingly apologized and told us that he was trying to save us money. We will certainly not be returning to this location as the staff was rude and disrespectful. Our experience here was very similar to the other 1-star customer reviews who needed service on their vehicles.Edit: Cambridge VW is claiming that they were not informed about the cleared engine light code prior to the appointment, and that their team was informed upon vehicle drop off. This is completely false. We told them 10 days prior to booking the appointment and even offered to bring in the system report from the local mechanic. They informed us that they need to complete their own diagnostic report and can't use third party reports.

It's been about a month and a half now that I've leased the 7 seater 2021.5 VW Atlas Execline with the R Line package in a British Racing Green colour from Cambridge VW. I dealt with Chris Fusco and Sean Thijssen and they were both absolutely incredible people. In the finance department we were speaking with Haseeb Hassan and he was just a gem of a person. A very personable and comfortable to deal with while taking care of the financial portion of the lease.I was originally split between the VW Atlas and the Hyundai Pallisade so I took both of these for a test drive. I also took both dealerships for test drives just to see how they deal with their customers. I have to say, although Hyundai wasn't bad, I have never experienced the type of positive service that I received from Cambridge VW. That's what got me to test drive the Atlas for a second time along with some personal aesthetic issues that I had with the Pallisade.First off, VW provides a personal customized to you online platform where you can go in and view the vehicle you intend to purchase/lease and customize the trim, select add-ons, change the colour, etc. This platform is set up after you have met with a dealer and have selected a vehicle or few that you wish to view and the link is emailed to you. It was so helpful to have something like this especially during the restrictions in COVID-19. I was able to go into my online VW profile and view the vehicle that I chose, select different packages to compare the total cost, monthly or bi-weekly payments. I was also able to compare between a lease or finance option. I've never seen any profile like this from any other dealership. It's very handy for someone who doesn't have easy access to the dealership perhaps due to distance or mobility challenges.Now as for the vehicle itself, the 2021 VW Atlas is an amazing vehicle with the style, drivability, luxury and so on. It really is hard to beat German engineering when it comes to vehicles. I traded in my 2016 Toyota 4Runner Limited which in my opinion had too much chrome on it. My wife and I had discussed that we were not going to go for a top end trim for any vehicle this time because there tends to be too much trim for my liking. When we saw the Atlas Execline with the R Line package, we noticed how it stood out to us. It has just the right amount of chrome and the body lines at the fender still allow for an aggressive look. The Fender sound system has a clean and crisp sound that resonates throughout the entire cabin. The Subwoofer is positioned just right to add the right amount of boom without compromising the quality of the sound. The interior of the vehicle is so luxurious with the touchless, hand sensing screen scrolling, the amenities included with the Execline trim and the badging included with the R Line package. I could go on and on about how great the Atlas is but you just have to go in and take a look for yourself.
