Everything is always great at Sushi Queen! The rolls and kitchen items are all made fresh when you order them. We got there when it wasn't busy, but it soon filled up with a couple larger groups. We had to wait a bit, but our items were still fresh when we received them. If you haven't tried them yet, get there!

Didn’t have the highest expectations going in but I was definitely proven wrong. The person greeting us at the door (who I assume is a manager of some sort) was very nice and checked in with us regularly. The food was delicious and exceeded expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The waitress did not disappoint with her excellent service; she managed to keep up with 12 of us all at once and the wait time was not horrible. I would highly recommend this place if you’re feeling pretty hungry! We ended up paying around $35 a person which included unlimited food, a drink and the $4.99 automatically billed gratuity fee (which was definitely earned). Also, the crab Rangoon was phenomenal.

I couldn't say enough good things about this place. As you walk in everything if VERY clean. The floors tables just everything is ready clean. We quickly got seated and the service was amazing! Then the best part for last..the food! It comes so fast everything is so fresh and tasty make with authentic ingredients. My girl and I were both very impressed with all the flavors. All the sushi and entree's were incredible and covered under the low all you can eat price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. They even have options for the non sushi fans as well as cook and raw options. Once again VERY IMPRESSED!

Great sushi restaurant either for eat in or take out! Cozy atmosphere with reasonable prices. Food came out fast and efficient. Service was also knowledgeable and efficient. I will recommend checking this place out, you won't be disappointed!

The sushi sushi rolls decent and the nigiri didn't have too much rice. The pieces of thr rolls are small, so thats actually good for trying out many of them before getting full.We had upset stomachs after getting home, so I guess something wasn't quite fresh (-1). They say you can order any quantities of thr menu items but started being stingy with the sushi appetizers after our 3rd order (-1). The waitress stopped paying attention to our table after the 3rd orders (-1).Overall, slightly decent tasting sushi, poor service. Been to much better other AYCE sushi places (outside of WNY)

The food is good quality. Not the best sushi or hibachi I've ever had, but still good - and you can't beat the price of the all you can eat lunch and dinner specials! My husband and I got 5 specialty rolls, 2 classic rolls, hibachi chicken, fried rice, and dumplings. We did the math and at normal prices it would have been $75+ worth of food, but with the dinner special it was $50 ($24.99 each). Service was great and we were never waiting long for anything we needed. I would suggest ordering any kitchen entrees right away, those are what took the longest to get to us. We loved the Richmond roll and the love roll!

Accessible, though I didn't check the bathrooms. Staff were kind and attentive. The place was clean and very well lit. There's not a lot of ambience, it's got a cafeteria feel to it. The presentation is excellent and I have no complaints about the food. I like that they make their nigiri Sushi one piece at a time, but you can order as many as you want. That worked out better than ordering roll, where if I didn't like the roll, I was then committed to the other pieces of it. Our glasses were kept full and our next orders were always taken before we finished our current plates. We definitely got our money's worth and I feel the quality was appropriate for most of the fish.

I mean It's all you can eat sushi so limit your expectations if you are a sushi connoisseur, but overall, it was really good! The hibachi was surprsing fantastic. Don't overlook it! Pricing was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

Been twice now and I'm still happy with the place. Good food, love the concept, great experience. Just don't over order on sushi or you'll pay extra per slice. Atmosphere isn't going to WoW you but it is clean and service is good.
