Ruffell & Brown Window Covering Centre
We moved into a newly-built house and needed blinds for every window. Janine was very helpful -- providing great advice, bringing samples so that we could see the how the blinds would look in situ, and making sure I understood the features of each option. I could not have asked for more. I also wish to highly recommend Bill, the person who installed the blinds. He was helpful (making sure I understood how to work the various wands for controlling the blinds) and professional. Bill and Janine identified and had replaced blinds with minor imperfections and I greatly appreciated their attentiveness. Excellent experience overall.

Ruffell & Brown Window Covering Centre
We bought a set of Hunter Douglas cellular shades earlier this spring and just had them installed a week ago. We absolutely love the shades. Janine who helped us with selecting and ordering the shades is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The folks who installed the shades - Bill and Anne - are also very pleasant and professional. All and all, we had a super great experience with the shades and would highly recommend Janine and R&B to anyone wanting to install shades for their homes.

Ruffell and Brown is the best in Service and Product, in my opinion!I have been dealing with them for 6 years now. I have purchased Drapes, Cellular Blinds and Seat and Bench Cushions.All were custom orders to fit custom order windows and chairs.Everyone, the Office Personnel ( Theresa ) , my Drapery Consultant ( Bette ) and the Installer ( Rob ) have been professional but friendly and very knowledgable!They have made what can be a stressful experience, pleasurable and even fun!Thankyou to All, for helping to make our house a ‘Home’❣️

Graeme was amazing at helping us find the right blinds for our budget and needs. The wait until installation was shorter than I expected after the joys of supply chain issues over the past few years. Rob installed the blinds and took the time to explain everything we needed to know for future maintenance. We were shocked at the difference honeycomb blinds made to reducing the heat and light from the sun compared to our old metal blinds. It was exactly what we needed. Great service and products!

We recently purchased window coverings for our home and were very impressed with the Service and advice provided by Graeme who visited our home twice to take measurements and to give us options suitable for our home. The install was done by Tyler who was very knowledgeable, efficient and took great care to take down the old window coverings and clean up after the install was completed. Big thank you to both.

We bought 6 Hunter Douglas Nantucket shades from Ruffell & Brown in 2018. Had a great experience with the purchase and installation, and have been very happy with them ever since. We did shop around and got a quote from another shade company, not naming names but they promise Budget" prices....and they weren't as friendly from the get go

Dealing with Ruffell & Brown has been an amazing experience from booking a sales agent (Janine K.) appointment online, to selecting our window coverings, to final installation. It all went like clockwork and ahead of schedule. A big thanks to our installer, Bill Rombough. Bill arrived on time and was extremely friendly and efficient. You get what you pay for and Ruffell & Brown delivers.

From start to finish Ruffell and Brown representatives were professional and courteous and while offering the best advice for our home window covering options. In home consultation by Janine was excellent, she reviewed the options and guided us to the right choice for our window coverings. The installer offered excellent instructions on how the blinds worked once in place. And when we experience a glitch with one of the blinds Ruffell and Brown stood by to guarantee our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.
