Good place liked the service

It's pretty sad when you have to resort to writing a Google review to try to get service from a company. I returned a bundle of shingles to Convoy on October 1, 2020. At that time I was told that my refund would come in the form of a cheque from their head office, since I had paid for the original order online due to Covid. I waited for six weeks before I called the store in Kamloops. The fellow I talked at that time told me he would look into it and get back to me. I waited for another two weeks. Called the store again. Spoke to another person, who did call me back after investigating and said I'd have a cheque within a week. A month later I called and asked for the head office number so I could call myself and find out what the problem was. Was told that they didn't give out that information (and the head office phone number isn't available online, I checked). Anyway, the story goes on and on. Five phone calls to the store over the past months and I am still waiting. I've dealt with Convoy a few times in the past and never had a problem, but certainly will look for another way to purchase roofing supplies in the future.
