Good selection of products. Some prices are higher than other locations and the store isn't as big, but what it does have is a wonderful.

Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Lovely gift area, beautifully arranged. Has an interesting garden area with lovely garden ornaments and many old fashioned" plants not usually available in bigger nurseries."

Frank and Chris are always my favourite people there. Always engaging, helpful, cheery and knowledgable. Everyone else is always amazing as well so its clear management does a lot to train and support their employees.

The staff at this locally owned hardware are always so helpful and courteous! I have ordered items and they are always so obliging to call me when they arrive. They are also now, our new location for Service Ontario and Donna is so professional, helpful and polite. I love this store for their beautiful store and staff!

Kitchen renovationVery knowledgeable staff, Andrea was creative and budget friendly as she helped us design our tiny kitchen in Point Clark. She also hooked us up with their counter top guys and carpenter /installer Dean. We love our new kitchens and counter tops, highly recommend.

Well I was pretty pumped to make some purchases for our outdoor living space but it just took one employee to ruin that! What a rude and sarcastic SOB but on a positive note he sent us next door to Rona and they where awesome, we were even able to get all our new outdoor living space furniture plus a new BBQ and to top it off was all at a better price! The one star is for being open on a sun and for all the other employees.
