Great experience. Andrea was so easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable. No pressure to buy. The whole experience took about 45 minutes. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff, patient and helpful. Was in with my mother for her hearing test and Andrea was excellent with her. She was very patient and kind and explained thoroughly about how the hearing aids will work well with daily use. Provided information on newer products to consider. I would recommend this location to all.

Sorry but I’ll never go back seems like no one knows what’s going on was told over the phone they do direct billing which they didn’t do then after three weeks they couldn’t locate them then wanted me to reschedule a time to do a remold. few days later they found them and rushed the order which took like two weeks to get them back then when it came time to pick them up I was told to book an appointment which all I did was pick them up

I put off the hearing aid requirement for far too long. Andrea allayed all the fears and concerns I had. Her patience and attention to detail have been so helpful and encouraging. Can’t speak highly enough about her professionalism and caring concern through the whole process.

What a wonderful place. Had an appointment with my husband to see Andrea. His hearing was tested and new settings were recommended and implemented. In all the years of visiting Audiology we have never been so happy with the service we received at this location with Andrea. She not only took the time to explain exactly what was going on, giving us information that we had never heard before after all these years. She also told my husband exactly how, why, when and for exactly how long he should be wearing his hearing aids. Koodos to Andrea.This location is clean, friendly and the receptionists were happy to help in any way.We highly recommend this location.

I found Hearing Solutions on the internet - and like anything I am always sceptical. However the response team was informative and what I admire most provided the info you require and not the “sales” pitch one would have expected. I made the appt for my 84 year old father and met with Cassidy, who has provided the utmost care while assessing my father. Hearing Solutions also went over and beyond to help in finding the perfect option in equipping my father in what is best suited for him. Thank you!
