Wonderful quality and workmanship. Dynasty Pools provided a very high level of customer service and expertise. My pool installation was quicker than anticipated and Aaron was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend. Thank you Dynasty for helping to create an oasis in our backyard.

Megan was very helpful, and knowledgeable in diagnosing and guiding me through multiple issues I found in my old pool. Now my pump and filter are running top notch, and the water is crystal clear!

We had a pool installed and serviced for many years by Terry Knight of Sunshine Pools. He closed our pool last fall and retired. I had Wavemaker come and open it for me this spring. I had to purchase a new pump because the old one was seized up. I'm sure it's normal wear and tear. Wavemaker installed it. We have a salt pool. Wavemaker didnt connect the salt system properly and it was not working. Wavemaker didnt return to address it. Also, Wavemaker NEVER added bags of salt at opening to my salt water pool. This is not included in their service or their price. For a month I had a cloudy pool. I since went to Dyanasty pools and they slowly corrected things. It took 2 Kits of opening chemicals (in addition to whatever they put in at Wavemaker) plus balancing chemicals. I went back to Wavemaker to discuss this and to ask what exactly they did put in as opening chemicals and charge $500 for? I got no satisfaction!! I asked the manager/owner to call me but no one did. I have been very satisfied with Dynasty Pools. They are a small family run business and have always been knowledgable, courteous and respectful. I just booked my closure with them and cancelled with Wavemaker. I look forward to dealing with Dynasty for many years and highly reccomend them.

Had a problem with my newly purchased pool pump. They asked a few questions... next day I had a new pump... Fantastic customer Service ! No fuss no muss !! Polite Staff too !!

Don't use this company. This is the second full summer with my pool. Now, I have had to replace the filter (which was apparently the cheapest available and incorrectly installed, AND no one could find parts anywhere for it) and the pump, which is too small for the size of the pool and so failing. The concrete is shifting, which means having to redo a side of the concrete. I have to admit I immediately expected issues, though, as the installation itself initially failed inspection, too! I really suggest shopping around for a different pool company - I have been using Pioneer Pools who are great.

Dynasty Pools & Spas are absolutely fantastic. I bought a hot tub in the fall and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The service and support is amazing.

I have dealt with Dynasty pools for over two decades and they have always been extremely friendly, fair, courteous and professional to deal with. They are also great supporters of our community. Aaron and his crew were awesome! Started ahead of schedule. Saw him every day, even when the weather was not great enough to work. The job was phenomenal and better than I had hoped. Can't recommend them more!!
