It has been a pleasure to work with Penny and her team once again on the renovation of our master bathroom! We have worked with her on our kitchen renovation a few years back and had her work with us on our bathroom renovation.She is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and completely approachable, offering wise council when needed and steering us in the right direction when asked.We are looking forward to our next project Penny!

I was referred to see Penny at Merit Kitchen when I was building my place. I already had some quotes from other places and was having a hard time finding what I wanted and agreeing to the high cost for a kitchen designed with no pull out drawers. Penny was amazing to deal with, she was asking questions to find out what I wanted and taking in to consideration my budget. I was so happy with her I almost cried when she showed me what I could get. It was a beautiful kitchen with pull outs, a pantry and a lazy Susan for less then what I was getting quoted at other places. I had excellent service, beautiful product and well made product as well. I would hands down recommend Merit Kitchen and Penny is amazing to work with!

Please accept a big “Thank you to Grant” at Merit Kitchen in Langley. He helped us with our whole kitchen renovation a few years ago. He was so helpful to ask our questions of desires and showed us different options of the countertop and cabinets. He is very good at what he's doing. A few months ago, we had a little accident in the kitchen and couple of cabinets were damaged. The first we thought of was to call Grant. Because of the scale of the damage, Merit Kitchen was not able to take on the job, but Grant made visit to our site, and recommended a kitchen reface company to us. We trust Grant’s efforts of sincere advice and recommend him as the best kitchen renovation sale representative we have dealt with.

We had an excellent experience working with Grant at Merit Kitchens for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Quality and products absolutely first rate. Would not hesitate to recommend, which we have numerous times since.

Lots of help with design ideas, materials, colours, finishes,making the most of space for storage, home visits for measurements,etc. The installer was great, paying attention to details, an excellent worker, knew his craft. We are very pleased with our new Merit kitchen.

We thought we bought our dream kitchen with the large price tag of $56,000.00 but what we got was cheap, arrived in pieces, doors were different sizes than cabinets and wood grains ran in different directions from other cabinets, among other issues. The showroom is incredible but that’s not the quality you will get, no matter how much you pay. Doors were chipped and one door was actually an inch and a half larger at the top then the bottom (It looks like they knew but still painted it and sent it anyways). Tried to discuss and fix but they told us they stand by their product. We will go to the better business bureau. Go to Ikea! You’ll get a much better kitchen for less than half the price and you can return anything. No, I don’t work for Ikea. If you think I’m a competitor giving them a bad wrap, try to contact me here or leave me a message and I’ll gladly show you more photos. Our dream kitchen ended up being a nightmare. Stay away. (I’m guessing their 5 star reviews are people who work for them) I actually have more photos. Awful. So frustrating. $56,000.00 for this!!!

The designer, Penny, had to deal with some design challenges with my kitchen renovation but she thought outside of the box and designed a beautiful kitchen which was beyond my expectations.For years I'd put off having a kitchen renovation done because I didn't want to be bothered with what I thought would be a huge upheaval and inconvenience. Penny and team made it a stress free experience. My only regret is that I didn't have the renovation done years ago!

We chose merit to do our recent kitchen renovation and we are very pleased with the end result. The customer service was exceptional, we were constantly updated on timing and payments. Working with Sam our designer was a seamless experience. She is professional and patient with her clients. Overall we we would absolutely recommend Merit kitchens.

Not one to really complain but unfortunately my experience warrants it without a doubt. We visited Merit Langley for a bathroom project. Although we had heard from several others we know who had a poor experience, we decided to give them a try for our bathroom, prior to completing our major kitchen project to see if they are the company we want to work with. Unfortunately what we had heard prior to our visit, rang true for our experience as well. Here are the coles notes: Grant was the representative who assisted us. His service was good at first at their showroom. However once we were out the door, things went from good to bad: the quote took longer than expected, and I had to follow up myself several times to get that. When we finally received it, the quote was not broken down in detail with installation and countertop costs. Again I had to chase Grant down several times unsuccessfully to try and get this. Not even a reply or acknowledgement from him. Finally after nearly another 2 weeks of this, I gave up and called in myself and requested to deal with someone different. The receptionist I spoke to listened to my feedback about our experience, and told me she would have someone else call me back or email me? 30 minutes later Grant called me back (who I had expressed I no longer wanted to deal with), and carried on in a hyper fashion as if nothing had happened. He completely disregarded my feedback or the delays/lack of communication, and only after I explained that I'm ok with delays if there is communication , did he reluctantly and half heartedly apologize, stating, ending with well that's in the past now..." So incredibly unprofessional. Either they are too busy to care

Merit Kitchens gave me the kitchen of my dreams! I have been reading House and Home as well as other decorating magazines for at least 20 years and have developed a sense for what I wanted in my new kitchen. Merit delivered that and more. Grant helped me design a vent hood and wall cabinet that are both very current and the walnut finish in the wood I chose blends beautifully with my interior. The installers were meticulous and it shows. I am VERY happy with my new kitchen.
