Snuggle Bugz - Etobicoke

I like to express my pleasant visit to snuggle bugs today in etobicoke. I was acquiring information on a stroller and car seat, the store manager I believe her name was Anastasia was very helpful. Even though the store was busy at the time she took her time to help me and also help other customers in the store. She gave me positive feedback on the products and answer all of my questions which helped me a lot to make a decision. It was a very relaxing and she made it not stressful for me, I am very pleased with the outcome and I will definitely come here again.

So I was visiting this location very late I say about 20 mins before closing time. And I must say my experience was pleasant and satisfying, the store manager was very helpful and insightful she explained almost all the strollers and the car seats. Even though they were closing she took the time to be helpful it was nice, most stores would try and push you out but they didn’t. Even though i didn’t purchase anything I will be returning to purchase what I intended to get just because of the positive energy and great info on the strollers. Great store and staff.

We came yesterday to the store we were greeted and helped by their store manager. She was very knowledgeable and professional and she helped us and guided us every step of the way to find the right items that my sister has on her registry. We were very thankful and appreciate we highly recommend this store.

Went to this snuggle bugz to buy a lip balm for my daughter, the associate there wasn't very helpful. I've bought the balm before, but the associate insisted they didn't have it - they said they only have a chest balm. I managed to find it without their help.Also, I lost my credit card and went back to see if it was at the store. I asked the cashier if they had seen it by chance. They told me that they don't have it and if it's gone then it's gone since they don't have a lost and found. This location has terrible service and I much prefer the Burlington location.

I’ve been their customer for years now. And they have so many baby products. My sons are always happy to come here. They are very helpful. Especially thank you to Lina and Anastasiia.

Not surprised to read so many bad reviews about their service. In this store customer service doesn’t exist. All three associates just chat behind the counter. No one pays attention to the customers.I approached a blond lady because I had a quick question and she was answering my question with such an attitude , made me feel very uncomfortable and didn’t feel like continuing the conversation.However they have lots of stuff on display. I definitely won’t come back, better drive to West Coast Kids. They have a really nice customer service.

Me and my husband went into the store and were helped by enakshi. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time to listen and go over all our questions related to strollers and car seats in detail. We really appreciate the effort that she put in to help us :)

Very poor customer service. I have bought most stuff for my 4-week-old from this shop including an Uppababy stroller and a Halo bassinet (have paid over $1300 only for these two items). No problem so far.I bought a pair of pacifier (for $22) last week but didn’t open it right away (bought them in advance because you are supposed to change pacifiers every 4-6 weeks). Yesterday when I opened them one of them looked used. I went in and showed it to the manager. She accused me of returning a used pacifier and she was not nice at all. Why would someone return a used pacifier?She said that if I had brought it back the next day she could’ve taken them back but not after a week because that’s their policy. I don’t understand this policy. I understand if pacifiers were final sale, but saying that she would exchange them if I had brought them earlier only means that she doesn’t believe my words. That’s fine but she lost a customer.

I did not buy from the store, but I was there to check for a stroller.The sales person are friendly, specially Imran who was so patient and answered all our questions and recommended which one would fit our purpose.Thank you guys.
