The owner was soooo rude. I was the only customer in that store that day and he just stand there and look at me like i might steal something from him. I asked for the braid line, he gave me the one with green color and i asked if he has the one with multiple color. He just took the one on my hand back and throw it on the chair and said No and realy to kick me out. Holly Jesus.

Owner is rude and has no knowledge about fishing not to mention they have a really small selection of fishing stuff and some lures are really old and shouldn't be sold. I would recommend anywhere else but this place first and last time.

I've had all my custom rods built by them (Loomis, Fenwick WC)...going all the way back to original shop on Young st..below a variety store...the craftsmanship and attention to details is superb...not big on small talk but he knows his stuff. Just want to share a funny story...I was talking fishing with our new boss at work and told him my story about serious fishing...he asked about my gear...when I mentioned where I bought my rods...he smiled...told him about the shop downstairs at old young location...he said it's the family business...he was only a little kid at that time...so Henry if you read this you'll know who it is ..lol

I have not purchased at this location for few years already because I thought the prices are higher even though the price tags on some are lower than at BassPro for example. Always made my purchases in a hurry and never paid attention to the receipt. But this time I made a purchase and looked in the receipt right there in the store. I bought 7 items, the total price should been $52.61 and with taxes $59,4493. But in my case it was $70.75. When I was looking at the receipt the store owner asked what's wrong. I handed in the receipt and he made an explanation that sounded like this: this is for this

Been going to Angspec for a few years now, in Mississauga and later to the Concord store - always good service and advice. They have a great selection of float, fly and carp gear as well as all the specialty hooks and fly tying materials. Tom is very helpful with any centerpin related questions and if I ever have a problem with my reels he is the first guy I call.

Come there today. Seller was so rude unbelievable. Was shopping here for 7 years will never come back!! 0 costumer service. After i went to True Canadian outdoors much better prices and service and nobody yelled on you!!!

The best fishing store for high quality items. Most of this stuff you won't find at Bass pro. And it's a bonus that this is a family run business that's been around for decades.

Great service. I called in 10 min before store closing asking for some trout gear. Arrived 1 minute before closing, all items from my shopping list were ready for pickup. They even tailored some items for the place I was going to. Much recommended.

Only place I buy my Carp gear from now on. I'll drive from London to get supplies because my local shop is only interested in fly fishing and bass.They have all the new gear in about a year before anyone else.Needed 3 Carp rods for tournament season in 2019, I was able to buy three rods for the price shop in London wanted for two. Angling Specialties had them in stock by March, local shop called me in NOVEMBER saying they would have them in a week or two.I would have missed the whole tournament season if not for Angling Specialties.
